Visited the lounge around 7pm. Not crowded. Check-in was smooth and staff are friendly with the guests. After the security check of the International terminal, between Departure gates 23 & 24, an exclusive lift is available for going to the lounge. You can get free lounge access with eligible credit and debit cards of Visa/Master/Rupay. Mostly Platinum and above cards are honoured. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options are available. Chat, deserts, cold and hot drinks are available. I suggest the Management to increase options in the Vegetarian Main course Menu.

I'm glad to share 1. I was eagerly waiting for my First time lounge experience, after visiting I felt very happy. 2. Food options are good for just 2 Rs with Rupay platinum Credit/Debit card. 3. The quality and taste of food is good. 4. Seats for resting are also good. 5. I had samosa, noodles, chicken wings roast, fruit salad and pepsi in the early morning.

Nice experience, fast check in, hardly took a minute. Staff seems to be very fast in acting to requests, good service, food choices are amazing. It has a smoking room and drinks as well, didn't try it but looked good. If you are flying through Hyderabad, reach airport a little early so that you can enjoy a good time here.

2 rs fee only for debit and credit cards in their network ❤️. Very good food and drinks. Tea and coffee is also available. Bit crowded in peak times. Staff is very patient even with some irritating and impatient customers. 😄Proper seats for eating and relaxing. Certainly a very good place to pass time comfortably. Overall very good experience.

Food was good and the service was also nice. I visited around 2AM in the morning and they had some veg biryani and chicken dish as main course and sandwiches. It was a little crowded since people were sleeping there. Overall, it's a must visit if you reach early to catch your flight and you have a credit card with lounge access. If you don't have any lounge access on your card or you have used up all of it, then they will charge you over ₹1800.

It's a great place to leisure especially someone who has some work with their laptop or mobile. There are some special cubicles for them . The food was very tasty. They have two love counters. You make your own papdi chat or jhalmuri. Beverages are also served. But the queue is annoying. You have to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes to enter.

We had to wait a bit to enter, but then the food etc. was great - specially the fresh hot falafels. All the hospitality staff & the chef too met me as we were complimenting the good food.

Probably the best lounge I have been to. Very good food and service. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Very spacious too so it doesn't feel like there is a crowd.
