Ordered this bouquet to cheer my daughter up, but already the roses are going over (thrown couple away), the lilies don't look like they will come out and if they do the roses will have gone over! Very disappointed, would have been better to get a bouquet from Tesco at least their flowers last well over a week!

The flowers were damaged and not fresh. The first delivery that came was an empty box. Customer services were quick in responding and offered a replacement, which came two days later. However the flowers were very poor quality. After talking to customer services via email, we got a full refund.

My recent experience with eFlorist UK was average, and there are definitely areas where they can improve. While I didn't have an outright terrible experience, I also can't say that I was completely satisfied with their services. Firstly, the vase for £4.99 is plastic, which is not disclosed on their website, and secondly the vase I received was cracked! As for the quality of the flowers, they were generally satisfactory. While they were fresh on delivery, I noticed that a few blooms started to wilt sooner than expected. It was disappointing to see the arrangement lose its charm and vibrancy within a short period. I expected better longevity considering the price paid. One aspect that I appreciated (although you are charged for this) was their timely delivery. The flowers arrived on the designated day, albeit the fact that the package was damaged. Consequently the arrangement did not arrive in good condition. Overall, my experience with eFlorist UK was average. They have room for improvement in terms transparency, quality and the longevity of their arrangements. I might consider giving them another chance in the future, but for now, I would recommend exploring other florists in the area who may offer a more satisfying experience.

Very user friendly website, easy buying process, I bought from Australia for delivery in the UK. Delivery was on-time and tracking notifications kept me up to date. The flowers were delivered in bud and opened up couple days later.
