Beautiful place, but rather than chasing customers away with a no laptop policy --- charge them! Give them a minimum food/beverage amount to be ordered per 2-3 hour stay. I don't think it makes sense to enforce this policy on weekday afternoons --- all you are doing is removing the liveliness of this place for people to live, work, eat, sleep, and socialize. That's how I always saw Fabrika anyway. Now, the place is 3/4 empty instead of full. Seems odd. And limiting for the life/vibe this place has brought to the neighborhood. In other words, if you are looking for a place to eat/have some coffee and get some work done, you will be told this is NOT ALLOWED at any time. The only place you are allowed to pull out a laptop, even for a minute, is near the very back of the place, near the cold air and there are about 12 guys crowded around a small table. Fabrika, this is not an improvement. Please reconsider this policy and ways to continue to keep the community in this building and the surrounding neighborhood vibrant.

Fantastic place! First of all, the rooms are some of the best I've seen in terms of hostels. Comfy beds, airy and spacious with great big windows. Bathrooms : CLEAN! 😍 Atmosphere is great, cafe like, with great spaces to work remotely if you want. Overall, highly recommended!

I have to give Fabrika a 2 because it was the best and worst in so many ways. Overall my room and mattress were very good, very comfortable and spacious. It felt very clean in the rooms in general. It seems like some people might be living in the hostel and I can say I smelled someone smoking in the bathroom several times. I also witnessed someone sitting in a toilet stall, listening to loud music and spitting sunflower seed shells on the floor. Weird things are expected when so many people are staying in a place, but I found that to be extreme. The kitchen for guests was also very small and poorly equipped for the size of the hostel. However the morning breakfast was fabulous and it’s one of the only places in Tbilisi that truly does an amazing breakfast, because honestly Georgia isn’t famous for breakfast food! The worst thing I experienced though was the aggressive and rude behavior of the cafe employees who act like the Police of Fabrika. Anybody who even opens a laptop outside of the designated “workspace” table and counter, is immediately hounded by the servers and told to pack up. Considering I was a paying guest of the hostel, their behavior was uncalled for and I will not stay here again or recommend it to anybody. I understand there were too many people coming to work in the cafe all day. But the current policy is not intelligent and the cafe is largely deserted due to rudeness of the employees there. Be better Fabrika…

Really enjoyed staying here. Perfect for solo travellers. They have amazing facilities, clean rooms, great food and drink options. The best part of the stay is the backyard, which was one of the most happening places in Tbilisi! Great way to meet new people and make great friends! Very very recommended for those who would like to socialise and enjoy a party atmosphere. The vibe is just the best of any other hostels I've stayed at, so far.

Artsy spot. Hipster infested and we waited +45 minutes for a sandwich in a non busy restaurant during lunch only for wrong sandwich at the end. If you're an under employed digital hipster, you'll love it. If you just want to eat and enjoy atmosphere, I'd suggest elsewhere.

Amazing place. Amazing art. Good for taking pictures. A lot of bars and food places. There is some other shops as well. Photo bus. Can't bring in your own alcohol. Can meet a lot of cool people.

It used to be a great place to hang out for remote workers. Now they started limiting the number of people that can stay there with laptops and only at specific tables. I think the management is making a huge mistake by not figuring out how to make business out of so many remote workers who want to come and work there. The personnel is very kind and polite though to explain the situation.

We did not visit the hotel, but did visit the cafe-restaurant. There was a very friendly atmosphere with many domestic and foreign students working behind their laptops. The decor was industrial, but attractive because of the many plants and rugs on the floor. Nice music. The pizza we ordered was delicious. The prices were fine.

Okay, we didn't stay here. But we decided to visit and check out the shops in the area. We ordered their pineapple juice and nachos. Basic. The juice isn't fresh it's powdered juice. Cool place to hangout. Very well conceptualized even their WC. Staff should be more cheerful or friendlier but it's Europe what to do.

Large warehouse space with a couple bars and restaurants within its compound. Loads of seating inside and out—go early to get a good spot as it gets a little crowded from mid-afternoon. I had an acceptable omelette and coffee at a place in the far corner of the courtyard and lunch in the main building was a not at all displeasing trout and roast vegetables. But the peach tart with ice cream—that was just world class. Internet seemed fine and the wait staff were as present and pleasant as they needed to be. A solid place to just hang out or digitally nomadize.

Fabrika is an incredibly cool place in terms of design and location. The area it is in, though further from the usual tourist spots, is leafy and quaint, with a lot of local shops and bakeries. Fabrika itself is a beautiful - one of the best renditions of industrial chic design. We stayed in a private room that was comfortable, adequately spacious, with a clean bathroom. The hostel campus has bars and restaurant and shops, all of which are top quality, though maybe a tad pricey. The cons: Staff can be cold, unfriendly even. All part of the cool hipster vibe perhaps, but off-putting for us. If your room faces the common courtyard, expect noisy evenings and nights. On weekends, the bar music goes on until 1am (this is the official sanctioned time as told to us by the front desk), which can suck if you’re trying to sleep. To sum up, Fabrika is very cool and quite the vibe, but it’s not so great if you want a quiet, low-key stay. We did not visit the common kitchen, so can’t say anything about that.

Interesting place for tourists. The food is not tasty, there are a lot of expensive but useless stuff in the shops. Beer for 5 lari - Great! If you have nothing to do and want to feel like a tourist - go ahead.

Place full of vibrant vibes and happy faces. I’ve been there many times and all spaces are so unique, interesting, and stylish I would say. Food is amazing. And co-working space definitely worth it! Music is a but loud but rather than that everything’s just perfect.

A trendy place to visit with lots of comfortable seating inside and some interesting eateries in the outside courtyard area. Almost all staff were very friendly and accommodating, however some seemed somewhat off the mark. It was an okay stay but the bathrooms could do with much more regular cleaning…Artwork inside was somewhat questionable too.

Awesome place to be! Very modern restaurant with great beer and handmade food. If you get a place in the back you can see the chefs preparing the fresh dishes. In the front are many couches where you can eat or chill and work

Interesting place to visit. An old industrial building that now houses a hostel and at its patio there are a lot small but interesting bars, places to eat and see or buy art from local artists. Especially young people don't expect me to recommend this, they already know.

The best place ever! Many pubs and restaurants with amazing food and drinks. Prices little bit higher than Tbilisi's average however it's well deserved.

Cool spot to grab a drink! We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it definitely has a touristy/hipster type of vibe, but it’s worth visiting to see. It is interesting how they are reusing the space from an old Soviet sewing factory. The coolest part is walking around the building and seeing all of the art - a lot of it is quite impressive. There are a few shops and things in the courtyard area. There also is a hostel, although we didn’t stay there or go inside so I’m not sure how it is.

One of the most alive and lovely places in Tbilisi. It's a pity that they have to close at 11pm (like other places) because the pandemic regulations. Also make sure to order food before 22:30, cause no orders are accepted after that.

Fabrika is a multi-functional urban space in Tbilisi, Georgia. It is located in a Soviet-era sewing factory complex that has been transformed into a vibrant hub for various activities. Fabrika houses a hostel, co-working spaces, art studios, shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. It has become a creative and cultural center, hosting events, exhibitions, workshops, and live performances. Many travelers and locals alike visit Fabrika not only for accommodation but also to explore its lively atmosphere, interact with artists, enjoy good food, and experience the artistic and entrepreneurial spirit of Tbilisi. It's a great place to immerse yourself in the local culture and meet like-minded people. We had breakfast/bruch at one of the restaurants. I can't recall the name, more because it was Georgian. We had Mixed Pickles and Chicken Mtsvadi. It was simply delicious.

The work space and in general the whole place is simply stunning in combination with a cafe with comfortable sofas and great service. In my opinion, it's a bit of a spoiler that you can't open a computer anywhere but only at certain tables. Great music at the right volume that allows conversation or work at the same time.

Super chill cool place, filled with locals and what seems to be primarily digital nomads. Great food, cocktails and a lazy vibe throughout with lots of graffiti. Music is not too loud, just perfect to sit around with friends, talk and enjoy the evening! Thoroughly recommended, a must see in town for me!

Looks very colourful inside and out. There are some interesting art pieces too. I particularly like the plastic bags round what would be an archway were it in fact arched. Bars serving expensive drinks and snacks are sure to be popular with the trendy, the wanna be trendy and foreigners but is this place being turned into a tourist haunt that your average local cannot afford to enjoy? I wonder.

What a great location in one of the most interesting areas of Tbilisi. Workspaces, a hostel, bars and restaurants, clothing. And no mainstream. Everything makes you think: this is how it should be.

Fun place with many coffee shops and bars. The buildings are covered with street paintings and graffiti images. You can spend a lot of time hanging out in without knowing where the time went.

I always go to that place when i come to tbilisi. It has nice atmosphere, interesting interior, exterior. You can meet people from different countries there. In the backyard there are some bars, shops, co-working place etc. So it is not only a hostel. You can find different activities there like reading random books, shopping, having a caffe, food, hostel, table games, remote working, just chilling etc. As far as i know it was abandoned factory, thats why people call it fabrika. If you are in Tbilisi i recommend to visit that place.

It is very similar to my favorite place in my hometown- Kharkiv, so I feel pleasantly happy each time I visit it. Young people who create and grow themselves, friendly atmosphere, stylish design - perfect match for spending time here. Highly recommend.

Fabrika was amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bed was comfy. I was honestly surprised by how much of a ‘happening’ area it was. The vibe and style was very cool/edgy. Facilities were great and it was walking distance from major sights and loads of bars/restaurants on the door step! Would definitely be back.

A place tostay, a place to work, a place to enjoy food or drinks, but most importantly a place that you must visit. Fabrika looks like an artists' hub, with beautiful murals everywhere, and a well thought design. The restaurants located inside Fabrika propose menus for all tastes.

Super cool place but kind of hard to understand which seating belongs to which bars/restaurants. The service wasn't great but the atmosphere was excellent. The art is incredible and worth the trip alone

This is a hostile that also has a lot of other businesses inside. There is a good number of restaurants as well as a co-working space which provides an outdoor seating area to hang out. This place is very popular with artsy people and young professionals

Apparently same owners as Rooms, Stamba and Lolita. Makes it sound a bit less authentic. But the design is pretty cool, coffee was great. Lounge area good for working from your laptop. And of course the patio is great for lunch outdoors (several options) or evening drinks if its not too cold.

I went there just to have a look and it was a interesting, modern hostel. Buffet breakfast for outside guest is about 28 GEL. I heared for in-house guest, grab and go breakfast at a lower price. I'd love to stay there next time.

The coffee is a little bit better than in the other places in Tbilisi but I was disappointed in the food. There was hair in my Chicken Alfredo even after they’ve made the fish again there was someone’s hair again. Since I paid upfront they couldn’t return money but they offered me to get lemonade which was 5Gel and I paid 15gel for the dish.

Cool looking place, but broken ordering system that requires sharing your phone number and installing an application. And beyond that high prices and 19% required tip (that's what we've seen in high end places, not hostels).

Very nice place. There are rooms for different preferences. You can stay in rooms for 12 people or stay in rooms for 2 people. Also, the spaces in the courtyard are very beautiful. You can grab your beer and meet the new people :)

What a beautifully irreverent area. This is a hostel complex frequented by lot of artists and backpack travelers. There are a number of small bars and restaurants in the complex and even a co-working area. You can take hours to admire all the beautiful graffiti and the fun characters that are in this area. I'd rate this a must visit if you want to admire the young people's culture.

Perfect accommodation for a family of 4 in their apartment suites. Location is ideal, only a short walk to a bustling commercial area and plenty of restaurants to explore. Good value for money. Will definitely stay there again.

Didn't sleep in the hostel. Brunch and breakfast in the shops located inside the area are superb. Super cozy "live slow" atmosphere in an urban jungle. At some nights (mostly weekends)there is music till 1am, good relaxed vibe. Defenitly a place to check out!

Amazing hostel with private rooms. Really cool vibe downstairs with plenty of places to chill. Breakfast bar also very worth while, staff super helpful and a cool shopping area for handmade crafts, beers and food outside.
