Most of the times my experience is very good, they delivered fresh marine fishes and at a reasonable price. In less than 10% of the orders quality was not very good. But compared to open market places we can trust fresh to home for chemical free meat or fish, outside it has become a norm. Their delivery is very efficient and they keep adding promos to our account. I have been their customer for more than 5 years now, overall experience is positive.

I was initially hesitant to buy meat online... Not knowing what the quality would be like .... The delivery system and also since meat can go bad if not packed properly.. however took a dive and ordered chicken .... To my surprise the whole thing beginning from ordering to receiving the package was amazing ... I might become their regulars going forward. Chicken and fish is what I eat and i often see offers on these two. Over all loved the experience.

I have ordered fish from fresh to home as I received a 25 Percentage of discount coupon code in my phone. The coupon was not applied and customer care executive asked us to place order without any coupon or offers, did so and put a mail to help desk detailing the screenshot of offer message that I have received.. till date they have not verified and put the cashback offer in my account. Why are they messaging daily to my number showing this much offers for you saying that you are a special customer? Totally Disappointed.. after this I don't have a mind to buy again from fresh to home

Excellent quality meat, especially sea food. Reasonably priced. Neat packing. Overall a happy customer for many years now. Areas where service could be improved: cuts could be of better quality, same day delivery and express delivery options are limited, this would necessitate ordering at least one day prior to avail all available options.

Don't ever order from these Guys. Whenever you require the order to be delivered immediately, they will take it very casually and spoil your day by delivering it late. They will show 60 mins delivery but they will never deliver it on time. Best Plan Spoilers.

Very poor service.I strongly discourage placing any orders with these dishonest individuals. Over the course of the last two years, I have been a loyal customer of Fresh to Home. However, my recent experience has left me highly dissatisfied. Upon ordering prawns, the fish that was delivered had a sticky texture, and after cleaning it, my nails turned an orange-red color. Despite their claims of offering chemical-free products, I have a strong conviction that their items are replete with substances like ammonia or formaldehyde. I conducted an internet search and found accounts of similar incidents involving nail discoloration due to chemically adulterated fish. It is evident that their fish is entirely unsuitable for human consumption.

I have been a Fresh to home customer for many years. They used to deliver only fresh meat and fish. I have given good rating in the past. But from 3-4 months their quality has deteriorated very much. Fish is almost always spoilt and today rotten chicken was delivered. I couldn't even complain as I wasn't able to submit my complaint. So I will wait for a better online store. Any suggestions?

We ordered blue crabs today and it was rotten. It was badly stinking that we couldn't open the cover too. Few days back we had similar issue with Silver pomphret as well. Out of the 5 fishes delivered, one was bad. We have been ordering fish from FTH for years, and hardly we had any problems. Time to a thorough quality check FTH.

I have booked orders many times on FTH. Good quality and service so far. One advice. Please reduce the time slot range. If we have to order any nonveg item for breakfast by selecting 7.30 to 10.30 am slot, it will be delivered at 10.30 am only by then I would have finished my breakfast. So it doesn't serve the purpose. Please have slots like 7-8 8-9 and 9-10 am. You will definitely see more bookings with these slots.

Horrible service, almost twice not delivered order because of some “system issue” When finally got them to delivered the food after few days they have sent me this 👇 this doesn’t look like FRESH to home food ? Never seen worse quality vegetables, will never use this service again and won’t recommend it to anyone

We are using fresh to home from the lockdown. It is one of the best things I found for a lifetime. Their quality is awesome. The chicken , mutton is very soft and excellent in taste when compared to the market. I love the biriyani cut chicken and mutton the most! The package is very neat and meat is clean and fresh. If the fish or meat is not fresh, then they don't deliver. We will receive a message well in advance, saying the product is not delivered due to quality issues. If we are unhappy with the product, they get in touch with us and resend the product.Every time the delivery is on time and the delivery person is very courteous. I just cannot eat the market bought meat anymore. If I have anything negative to say, it will be the price, it is comparatively high and increasing...Thank you Freshtohome🥰🥰🥰

Hi, I have been a regular customer of fresh to home and earlier the quality was very good. But it’s so bad now - today’s order the fish was half rotten and half fine. There is no way to return and get a refund. The mutton pieces were pathetic and full of fat. I have never seen such bad quality from fresh to home. Very disappointed!

Very bad. I ordered chicken and lollipops. They told 90 minute express delivery and charged money for that. Still it is showing "Processing". Tried reaching Call center, it is just playing some music. No one is responding. Horrible experience. This was not the case earlier. Now a days it is going in another direction.

Our health is in risk if we will take FTH products…. FTH is giving fish and chicken which contains some chemicals when washing white stuffs are coming ?? And they are giving pale ,discoloured chicken and fish ..do not know how many days old stuff they are giving with 3/4 times extra price. If you complain their resolve style is by refund the price .

Ordered goat keema but received goat paste. I didn't like the texture. It is just like paste.

I have been using this service since lockdown and i like the whole experience of ordering and delivery to home. Recently (last 2-3 months) we are getting frozen chicken where as earlier we used to get very fresh chicken and not much frozen. One more suggestion is to display the order summary on the checkout page, right now it directly takes us to address selection.

I like your products coz they are 'clean' and i like to avoid chemicals and eat organic as far as i can. ...and buy from you when i eat non-veg very occasionally. Your service is good and fast. (Your quality of mutton can be better. Fish and other stuff very good.) One thing to look into: i found that there was no option for a discount above a certain figure quoted earlier on the home page by you. Or is that not applicable since I am already getting a decent discount? :-) Thanks.

In all other respects - freshness of meats, timely delivery and hygienic packaging - FtH service is excellent, and I would recommend it. However, In the past few times I've tried to order from FtH, EVERY TIME I select any of the combos or any of the flash sale offers, at the time of placing the order, I get a "not available" message. If they are genuinely not available, why the item list is not updated accordingly, instead of causing frustration to the customer who multiple times stopped at the order screen and has to go back again for selection. It does not even remove the non-available item/combo from the shopping cart. I do hope they will address this issue of unavailable items being listed on the website selection.

Packing is good and fresh fish. Price is also reasonable. Since I can order tomorrows pack today, the slot issue can be ignored, but still when I pick the slot 10 to 12 , I get item only at 12. I expect that to come atleast by 11. We can find all types of fish here, wide varieties. appreciate that. I glad that I found you.

Pathetic service. 90 mins is never on time. If you are lucky you will get it within 3 hours. Recommend to use regular slots. If you need it urgently better opt for big basket, Zepto or other platforms. Customer service is another level, no call backs, no response. Help page goes blank

Fresh to home- Not Worth. It was a long wait for the delivery which was delayed by almost two hours. By then, my dinner was already cooked. Quantity of the meat was not adequate. Customer care and chat sections were dysfunctional.

Till date have only tried their chicken products in Mumbai. Good quality, good pieces and good service. I found them to be cheaper but of better quality than branded ones. Also service is good.any feedbacks and complains they take it seriously and resolve it immediately

You say fresh cash credited to your account but till date could never use it. You say free delivery for order of more than 699 but always being charged with delivery fee. Your customer care executives never pick up calls so the customer is left hanging. Pathetic service.

Good fresh meat.. and correct weight delivered (I’ve ordered only chicken till now.. have been tryin their ready to cook products, out of all their spring rolls is really good. Definitely a must try!! I personally didn’t like the taste of their samosas & chicken n cheese cutlet (nevertheless, the quality is top notch.)

I ordered items yesterday. Your delivery boy didn't bring the items and he apologized by saying he left it at the hub and he would bring the items today. However, he didn't deliver any of these items today. And he is saying that there are no items available. I didn't raise complaint because I thought it is only human to forget sometimes. But this response is not acceptable at all.

Excellent service with on time deliveries generally. They need to improve their application considerably . It takes minimum 5 min to load and has so many updates to be installed every time you open it to recharge

The winglets were greenish and smelly. The entire house was stinking. The soup bones for pets is usually smelly . I think pet food should be given as much importance as human food. We do not feed our pets rotten food. They also do not refund or provide an option to upload pictures of the rotten stuff on the app.

The chicken is always very rubbery and doesn't feel or taste fresh. This has happened everytime I've bought from fresh to home. I really hope they look into this.

Most pathetic service. Appears more like a Ponzi scheme. The disruptions are quite often and then you have to justify that there was no supply to get a refund. Leaking milk packets are more or less a norm. Once you have paid up there is no way of getting the money back. The customer service is a myth, it is bot driven all over with no human interface. The prawns u sent just now( express deliver) didnot seem too fresh , I have made the curry ( not tasted as yet ) There were a bit smelly when I opened packet , washed them a couple of times and cooked them . I am dissatisfied with the quality, they cost me 373 , which is expensive. I think u need to replace them with really fresh prawns

The worst app ever, I personally suggest not to order or visit any of the store. I visit one of their store and brought stuff from there but it's poor in quality the meat is spoiled. It's just a fake branding they don't have anything fresh at all. It's such a shame to have brand name fresh and not providing the right service.

Fresh to home overall serves good variety of packed and processed chicken. From price point Blinkit and Zepto are competing very rapidly however Fresh home quality is standard and recommend to non expiry of addon promotion balance to help customer like us to repeat the orders.

Rotten fish delivered by Freshtohome which was bitter and non consumable at all. Looked like they mixed 1or 2 fresh pieces with rotten fish and sent. Strongly not recommending anyone to use Freshtohome as they degrade the quality when you become regular customer.

Ever since lockdown I have been ordering our fish and meats from Fresh to Home. It is so convenient. There's a wide variety of poultry, seafood and meats available. And the service is excellent. I am loving the experience. I would recommend it very highly.
