Abdel and Karl helped make my new (to me) car buying experience fantastic. I had what was easily the fastest and most pleasant car-purchasing experience at a large dealership that I have ever had. Everyone that I met at Autonation Toyota, however brief, was extremely kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely recommend this location to others in the feature. I love the used Mazda6 (with a manual!) that I purchased.

I recently purchased my first car from this dealership and have only positive things to say about my experience. Janetta Green was the representative that helped me throughout the day and was very communicative about the whole process, wanted to make sure everything was good and ready with the car before i drove it off the loft. She made me feel super comfortable as this was my first time I was a bit hesitant as first but super happy I ended up leaving that day with a new car!!! Will definitely recommend this place! Even after purchasing the car, Janetta has answered any questions I still had and even reached out on several occasions just to make sure I was good and if I needed anything. If you are looking to buy a car, ask for Janetta!!

Salesman was great. Everything went extremely smooth up until I drove off the lot later that night I realized that the running lights did not work on my tail lights, so it was illegal to drive at night. This obviously was overlooked in their multi point inspection they do for used vehicles as well as a few other things that I’m having to get fixed all with under 120 miles driven on the vehicle. Been trying to get in touch with somebody at the office for a couple days now because they were supposed to order parts on Tuesday but here it is Friday and I still haven’t heard from anybody. OK so the update is they got me in a rental Friday afternoon. Thanks to Lori. This GM has given me the main office number where the front desk lady told me he was off today, even though he just wrote this review response. Update again. Rental was a mess and had change oil warnings on the dash. Told Vehicle would be fixed today ( 5 days since management reached out) but it will actually be done tomorrow because they still didn’t order parts I had to bring it to a different facility to get the work done. So total of two weeks it took them to get my axle replaced. One week without a rental.

Great team! Kourosh helped me with stock info, got me out to test drive and got me tuned in with Kirk who got the finance sorted and over the line. All quick and easy! Great follow up as well, I've had a check in with both the sales and technical team since to make sure all is good. I left with a Ford :p but still happy!

These people are AMAZING! Starr, Karl, and Bruce worked magic to get me in the car I wanted! I will be forever grateful, they talk to you like people and are very honest. I still can't believe it. Where do I begin? Ed Lani and the entire used car management staff was amazing. My salesperson Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Jesus Pena, John, and Jessica for helping me find this beauty. I contacted a lot of different dealerships looking for a blue Toyota GR86 Premium. All I got was the run around or that it would take months to get if I ordered it. About a week into my search, Jesus contacted me and told me that the exact GR86 I was looking for was inbound. After the logistics were straightend out, the team helped me purchase the vehicle before it even hit the lot. This had to be the easiest car purchase I have ever had. Very easy and smooth transaction! Keegan helped me find the Toyota Sienna Hybrid 2023 in a month and a half when any other places told me I had to wait between 6 to 8 months at the least. They even got the vehicle in the color I wanted even if the demand is very high. Keegan was easy to communicate to before the sale and after so I would definitely recommend. It seems overall they pay very close attention at the satisfaction of their customers.

5 stars for Internet Sales specialist Joe Lynch. Helped me out from start to finish. Only dealership I found without a "market adjustment" or bologna "dealer advantage" package that cannot be removed and costs $3k. For a car dealership, They were pretty non-pressure. Explained but didn't fight me when I removed dealer options. Buying a car sucks, but Joe is awesome, Yanni is helpful and Finance man Kirk is very nice.

What a great buying experience. No additional mark up of forced options. Such a smooth buying experience. I drove 2 hours and 15 minutes to get to them and would do it again to purchase my next vehicle. Mo the salesman was awesome and so knowledgeable.

I had an ABSOLUTELY amazing experience here! I went in looking for something affordable that I could comfortably fit my kids in while being affordable, and Quinn got me the perfect vehicle, I LOVE my new Dodge!!!
