During the lunch hours there is a lot of rush in the restaurant. The parking space is hard to find and the service also becomes very slow due to that. I am not giving this place 5 stars because it is a bit expensive. Even though it is a factory outlet the prices that the charge is high. I expect some kind of discounts when I go to factory outlets.But nevertheless the place is really nice and well maintained.

Everyone already knows this place for their multiple products and food. Factory Tour - But I would like to appreciate their other activities. They have a factory tour , and if you have kids with you or if you have interest you can also take this tour. In this 45minutes tour they really explains and shows their factory. They have a miniature rail museum ,it is also nice. Food - You must try their Strawberry Cream with Ice cream , all other items are also good. Ev Charging is also available here.

This was a nice garden for tourists to visit. We were there on a December afternoon and we visited the strawberry plantation, the factory of chocolate and sauces nearby and the flora was beautiful. They had a nice assortment of chocolates, nuts and chocolate sauce. The shop along with the factory was also good. This was a nice place to visit while in Mahabaleshwar.

A nice experience, awesome for families for a quick 2 hour visit. The food is delicious and fantastic, the view is mindful and the management is alright. All facilities are available, but the cost might be a bit higher than average, but not anything too extreme. Worth a visit. Valley view, variety of their own product and mostly made from strawberry and you can see the decorations and all has been done as you are surrounded by or into strawberries only. But the Food quality is overpriced and overrated I personally suggest don’t go for their authentic strawberry and creamy cup, Better you try toast and sandwiches. Overall well maintained and clean place. Parking and washrooms are well maintained and clean. You can spent hours there as they have product display area and restaurant.

You will be able to get numerous varieties in chocolates, jams, syrups and lots of other eatables however the prices are a bit steeper or almost upto the same as any other brand products hence do not expect any cheaper products the overall quality outweighs the price. Food on the other hand from the food court is sub par apart from only a selected few items are worthy of a try. Amazing experience with great vibes all around with peaceful view and an insight into the brand itself, it is a must visit for at least once.

This is one of the most famous places and a mandate place to visit. My experience was peaceful and joyful. All the staff were friendly and professional. Food that they serve inside was good in taste. I had tried classic sandwiche, and I will recommend it, as it tasted good and also had sufficient quantity to feed 2 people (a staff member (bhagyashree) also gave me some extra French fries, when I asked her. They really had great gesture and warn nature for their customers. Would love to visit again and, if possible, would even like to explore the farm area.

Must visit place in mahabaleshar. Very well organized and beautifully maintained this garden is not only a garden with amazing hill view, but also a huge space with open cafe,shopping area,food manufacturing hall. Variety of chocolates, shakes, squashes, jellies, cookies are sold and before buying one can taste free of cost. Many products are worth buying. Pizza, sandwiches, strawberry cream are very good to try here. They have their own cultivation area of strawberry in their garden.

Nice location in Panchgani. The place has good amenities, sports equipments for kids and all sort of fast food under one roof. Maori garden also hosts a super market which caters to all requirements to satisfy your taste buds and the products are manufactured in-house. Total 3 free parking zones too are offered free by the management. I have witnessed good decor amidst Christmas celebration on Dec. 25th.

Well structured and organised place to view strawberry farming, buy strawberries and mulberries and even buy products through their retail outlets. They have a huge cafe which provides sandwiches, pizzas, strawberry ice creams, strawberry mousse, milkshakes etc. The food is ok but their ice creams and shakes are really good. You can view the strawberry farms sitting in the cafe. I took my dog along who thoroughly enjoyed the place. Hence, assuming it's pet friendly. Also, the entry is free here and you don't need to pay. The place is heavily crowded on Saturdays and Sundays.. So avoid weekend and visit this place on weekdays and you will be at peace.. All in all good place to just sit around, eat and have a good time with family or friends.

Mapro Garden is like a dream garden, it is the best places of the Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar hill station. No entry fee. It is spread on large area with full of greenery, different types of plants and flower plants. Here is well maintained veg restaurant in the garden. The sitting arrangement for the customers is excellent. In May, 2022 I visited with my family. There is retail outlet of Mapro products. Strawberry, Blueberry and different type Jams, Jellies, Syrups, Chocolates are sold here at discounted price. You can buy fresh Khakara from the manufacturing unit inside the garden. The most interesting is that here they give you samples of most items for tasting. Lovely place for photography with family and kids. It is beautifully planed and hygienically maintained. The washroom is neat and clean. Parking facility is available on chargeable basis. I had great experience of Mapro Garden, it is amazing place, must visit once with family and friends.

Mapro garden is a garden with a huge open restaurant, green areas, shopping area, food manufacturing halls. You can go to the shopping area to taste some of their items a for free as they provide samples and then you can buy it. I think they have sone great sherbets and chocolates. I recommend shopping here. The restaurant was very busy but the service was quick. They make sandwiches in batches due to the high order. Amazing to look at. We trie Frye fresh strawberry and cream ice cream. It’s worth trying. A great place for the kids. They have y painting, small photo kiosks, and cartoon characters in display. Kids were having a good time here.

French fries It was all very good. The French fries were very crispy that even the kids didn't like it too much. You can buy the products there. It is all in nrp, but you get some things you don't get anywhere. So it's good .

Water was dripping from roof many places. Service - The place is too crowded. Waiting time is minimum 30 minutes on weekends. Comparing service was quick.

This place is very expensive !!b Here you can have various pizzas sandwiches and starwberry items as well They have ample of parking space and eating area Yoh can get yourself toppings and jams etc You can take your kids and whole family for a short trip if living in near by areas of pune or mumbai As it’s quite closer to these areas Ive posted some pics of strawberry with fresh cream It was quite fresh! And the cost was 279rs I’d rate it as taste wise 7/10 As it was average in taste and I didn’t really like the taste ! About the area 10:10 for that though

A perfect getaway after seeing mountains all around you. The free samplings are a bliss. You can be here for hours and hours. Bought a lot of things, and truly loved the atmosphere around. Definitely visiting again.

We visited Mapro Garden on a weekday and still it's heavily crowded. They offer ample of parking. We ordered : French Fries (Rs.297), Sandwich(Rs 297), Margareta pizza(Rs 530) Strawberry with cream(Rs 297),Italian delight pizza ( Rs 630) I felt none of the dish was worth mentioning. Dishes were criminally expensive and it didn't give Justice to the quality and quantity. We have been to Mapro Garden many times before and felt food has missed it's charm. Ambience : 5/5 Food : 2/5 .

Mapro garden was and is always refreshing, full of energy and tasty yummy food. We enjoyed food mainly pizza and sandwich. This is all time favorite. Strawberry shake is also popular but we don't like Strawberry as such so it was a skip. Try ice cream scoop instead or hot chocolate. Its crowded but appreciate that staff at payment counter insisted on wearing mask. Also at entrance sanitization done. Good cleanliness maintained. Parking could be a problem if you're not a skilled driver as most slots are full during rush hours.

I love mapro garden...everytime i am at Mahabaleshwar, i make it a point to have a pit stop here, have their pizza or Sandwich. Then you can also buy a lot of stuff , like chocolates, Shakes and drinks. They willl also give a lot of free samples to taste, which is always lovely!!
