They were good while I was a customer, I switched insurance for price reasons and I've been trying to cancel the previous one with them for about three weeks now. They justify that they do not receive the emails, and do not provide me with an alternative to solve the problem. Think very carefully before using the services of this agency. so disappointed

It's a pain to be able to speak to someone at this company, I've already canceled some insurance policies, and I'm on the way to canceling others. Always the same thing, and it's not the first time it's happened, it took them 3 days to respond to a message. I don't know why I still waste time with this company!!

My name is Marcelo Alvarenga I opened an insurance police at brz in 3 months I received a letter from the insurance company that was going to cancel my insurance I contacted brz to find out what was happening he decided to reopen another insurance and my insurance was canceled without them solving my problem I had to call just one day 4 times and they still didn't get back to me so I had to go to the office in framingham I didn't like it from the attention they were not professional with me

Hi, good afternoon. I don't have insurance with BRZ Insurance any more since they claimed to process my monthly bills but never did, then I got my car towed because they went to the RMV and said I didn't want to pay but yet BRZ Insurance had my debit card and my checking account on file !!!! So please remove me from these email and from BRZ Insurance clientele list as I will never be a client there again! Very rude and ignorant comments, no one helps you at all, only get accused and yelled at. If I could leave 0 Stars I would because 1 Star is being very generous! No thanks!!!
