Aamcha Marathi Maanus For authentic maharastrian snacks, this is a trusted brand over 50 odd years. The traditional Maharashtrian vada Pav is the hot favorite of regulars to this place. Also available are misal, upma, poha , Chai, coffee, mineral Water etc. Staff is good Billing is fast Seating is in common area of food mall. Neat and clean. Parking is available as part of the mall and is enough for 200 cars. Rest rooms are hygienic.

Best food available here for Breakfast/ Lunch. Good quality food and at comparatively cheap prices. We had Vada Pav, Misal pav and Sabudana Khichdi. All 3 things are surely recommended. I would surely recommend everyone to visit this place at least once. It is located on Pune Mumbai Express Highway driving towards Mumbai, just after the ghat gets over and before Toll Naka.

Shri Dutta food, located inside the Food plaza which is on the Mumbai Pune expressway. This is one of the restaurants that serves the freshest food . Their vada pav , Misal pav are the best. We tried Misal pav , puri bhaji and veg grill sandwich. This place is a must try . Very reasonably priced too . And tastes great !

The food is amazing the vada pav is lovely. The fun bit is that they don’t break the pav. The coffee is great and the other stuff is equally excellent. The bhaji is fun. Please give it a try. They also have a retail shop that sell stuff.

Note: The quantity for the price they take is very less. This place comes after lonavala and is situated on the Pune Mumbai Expressway. This place is known for some authentic Maharashtrian dishes. The taste is really good. You can try, upma, sheera, thalipeet, vada pav, kothimbir vadi, piyush drink. Ample free parking space as this is situated inside a food mall. Washrooms are clean and hygienic.

It's been ages / years Datta snacks have been serving and maintain its quality. It's one of the hotspot to drop in while you are express Highway from Pune to Mumbai. We had the Khichdi (2) and Kothimbir Vadi (1) which cost like 150/-. Taste no doubt it's good but you have a lot of queue and crowded specially on weekends.

This is a new branch of Shree Datta Snacks, Panvel which is famous for its Maharashtrian Snacks. It has varieties of breakfast items to offer - Sabudana Vada, Sabudana Khichdi, Vada Pav, Kanda Bhajji, Batata Bhajji, Moong Bhajji, Misal Pav, Thalipeeth, Kothimbir Vadi, Mutter Patice, Pohe to name a few. In drinks you will get Tea, Coffee, Buttermilk, Kokam Sharbat etc Food quality is always good. The place is also neat, clean & hygienic. 1 star less due to mismanagement of food take away counter.

Clean and hygiene place for eating, beside the left hand side of the road towards Mumbai. Maharashtran dishes like poha, Misal, Vada pav etc. Testy food but it's too costly.

No waiting time. They accept Gpay or credit cards. Competitive prices of items are appreciable. We ordered Vada Pav which was served dry without chutney so dry and taste was average not that great. Huge disappointment as Vada Pav is the basic item which every nook and corner serves tasty. We ordered sabudana Kichidi which was ok in taste but can be better They also serve Pav Bhaji and Toasts and cool drinks and tea. Average in taste. Nashik highway joint serves better tasty snacks even thought they don’t have AC dining facility unlike Pune expressway

On Pune Mumbai Express Highway one new Mall is there wherein lot many eateries can be seen besides few snack shops wherein one can buy the famous Lonavala Chikki, Fudge, Chocolates etc. Here variety of food Veg n Nonveg can be relished in a relaxed mood. Yes the sitting capacity of this Mall is huge really you will get South Indian food, North Indian Food, KFC, McDonald's, Kailash Parbat like outlets in addition to Amul and Starbucks too. Shree Datta Snacks is famous for some Maharashtrian dishes like Vadapav, Misal, Kothimbir Vadi, Sabudana Khichadi, Sabudana Vada, Kharvas etc. All these dishes are must to try really. This place is usually crowded.

Been a regular customer since my childhood when this place was a small snacks counter on panvel highway and a detour was needed to reach this place..love their kharvas (colostrum milk pudding), wada pav, thalipeeth, misal pav and kothimbir wadi.. love love love their chutney so much that I almost always end up ordering extra by paying at the counter. This time however the chutney with thalipeeth wasn't the same...kharvas and thalipeeth were good..steam and coffee are decent too.. pohe, upma, sabudana khichadi are good too..if you don't want to risk eating something wrong on the way, opt for shree Datta snacks on expressway.. they also have another retail shop in the food mall..where you get rava laddoos, besan laddoos, chakli, chutneys etc.. highly recommended!

This is a must visit place when you are coming from Lonavala/Khandala or Pune. Get yourself refreshed with a lot of eating and drinking options available from Desi to Videshi.... Misal pav to bhajiya to McD to Starbucks coffee. Sitting capacity and parking facility is huge but might feel small during peak time. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.

It is a great place to make a pit stop while on the way from Pune to Mumbai. Plenty of eateries, services and great atmosphere.

Kothimbir wadi was uncooked from inside and leading to stomach upset and vomiting. On 08-10-2023.We took parcel and while having we observed it. Due to on express way cannot return or replace. All have to regret to go at SHRI Datta .They know nobody will question once left. If rush is there stop orders... Please don't make us suffer. ❌❌❌❌kothimbir wadi #❌Worst Quality

Quality food is totally worse . He sells his product on name basis. He take misal pav for 60 rs + for container 10 rs extra but in 60 rs sells water and oil no any greavy or any vatana/mong in this . He should learn from his competitor in this complex . Vada pav pav is too small compare to money what he charged for it. Also at counter he showed one product and serve one product (size quality quantity) so my recommendation is not good people who love food. Due to this food vomiting also started. So aware above quality of food. Following dishes are not recommended . Who serve upma/pohe with chiwada (usually serve with Sev and chutney)

This is located inside the new food mall on expressway, best place to stop for breakfast on the way from pune to mumbai. They have maintained quality and taste of their food items since many years for now. I love their upma and Vada pav. Other items like kothimbir wadi , sabudana wada are also nice. Misal pav is okay, definitely could be made less oily to taste better and they could also add more varieties now since they have been following same menu for ages, hence I am deducting a star for that.

It’s an old company serving Maharashtrian delicacies. I personally like their Upwas items. It’s a new mall built on the Pune Mumbai Express way before Khopoli toll towards Mumbai. I did not like there Wada pav much . Samosa was too small as compared to the cost. Tea was good. They also have a small retail outlet here other than the restaurant which serves packed items.

This is the biggest stop you can take in the Mumbai Pune expressway if you are traveling from Pune. It's located right after the ghats of Lonavala making the weather pleasant. Almost all the public transport like bus stops here. This place is huge, it can easily accommodate 20 buses and 100 cars. There are two major buildings, one is more of a western style building, with drive through McDonald's, burger King and other major brands. The other building is more natural and utilitarian type where you'll get street food and local items (like the famous chikki of Lonavala). Public toilets are also available. Anyone who is travelling in this expressway, I suggest you to stop here.

food is good no doubt, if u see photo, one can observe crowd over there and adj stalls. But.. im afraid of decrease in quantity of one of their most famous item misal, though rassa and quality and taste is good, should not reduce quantity, see the spoon standing wrt cup size. Also do visit stall exact opp to their food stalls for dry snacks and purchase items like shrikhand wadi (small packet rs20 in march 23)..i liked their rename of maharashtrains shankarpaale as sweet diamonds, whoever has does it. Amboli ie maharashtrain style of dosa/uttappa/ghavan similar one is must try but not available all times. Mattar pattice is latest buzz for last two three years and its must .. free big parking of mall and also free good toilets here. Cleaning of tables in time may be little issue, caretaker of mall should take care of these and stall owners should not suffer this.

New food mall ahead of old structures which is well planned. Shree datta has shifted in this complex with other restaurants. The best part is that all restaurants are in one roof, clean washrooms and hygienic Big sitting area which is cleaned and sanitized every few minutes. The worst part is that food is very costly, tough you have lot of restaurants to choose from. Ample parking space for four Wheelers, petrol pump everything is there which is needed on highway. But every thing is very costly.

If you not looking for five star joint while traveling from Pune to Mumbai Shree Datta Snacks is the place to go. it comes after Lonavala is gone. It serves Delicious and fresh - hot from the pan Maharashtrian comfort food. The food is very overpriced. You buy the coupons and then jostle for food. The delivery counter works furiously yet the onrush if customers is overwhelming. From Vada Pav, Pohe, sabudana Vada, thalipeeth, misal Pav and a variety of sweets and tea coffee is what you get there. You can get dry snacks for taking Home. My favourite of course is Kharvas- pudding made from the extra milk of cows or buffalos who have just delivered. If you did not stop at Datta, your trip to Mumbai is futile !!
