The worst gym in Dubai. Don’t even think about it. Never trust them with your card details. Terrible customer service. They don’t care about your reviews or you. Once you’re a member, you will never be able to cancel. The sales representative failed to inform me that my membership was a yearly contract. I went to the gym once and have been trying to cancel my membership ever since. All my emails were ignored and they kept deducting money from my account on a monthly basis. When my card was blocked a few months later, they immediately called me about the declined payment. Very rude interaction with me. Their solution? Send another email. On top of all the emails I sent to cancel my membership. Finally, when I told the person on the phone that it seems like a lot of people have this issue because there are many terrible reviews, she said yeah well some people complain about wearing masks too! Who compares money being stolen to complaints about wearing masks???

They will be wonderful when you are joining promising you to get much benefits but they will “forget” to tell you the following : 1- The free trainer session if you ever had , I never despite the fact I requested many times, would be for the trainer to tell how in bad shape you are and how much your efforts will be wasted if you did not take private trainer. Trainers usually not interested to answer your questions, they have their agenda. 2- The nutrition session, also if you would ever have, is not to guide to a healthy diet with gym training.. it is only to promote the subscription plans they have for their food supplier. The moment you say not, it would the worst session in you life. 3- Some of the machines you have to stand in a queue for it. 4- It is extremely difficult to register any of the classes which suppose to be free for you. Timing is never made to suit you. 5- No one will tell you that the moment you pay your first payment using your credit card, you are giving them an unlimited permit to keep charging you on monthly basis even if your one year subscription is over. There is a small term that no one will tell you about that renewal is auto. 6- If you decided to cancel your membership after completing your 1 year membership, they will immediately draw your attention to another term in the contract that you might not heard of, that there is one month cancellation notice My advice to everyone not trust anyone trying to sell you any offer. Read review , ask People who tried it before and judge it yourself

The dirtiest gym I've ever seen. Just look at the photos, how unhygienic it is most of the days. And when I tried to cancel my membership, they threatened me with collectors amd legal actions. UPD the collectors that Gymnation hired, informed me that Gymnation is going to file a case against me for this bad review.

If only I could give me a no star.. shame that Google has a minimum of 1 star, they don’t really deserve the one star. I made a mistake of subscribing to them as they were cheap and open 24 hours. Turns out cheap has a price. Keep aside the fact that you end up paying for everything, from water to locker to the air you breath, what’s worst is when you want to cancel your membership. Good luck doing it through phone or email, and going in person, they will keep giving you excuses to being not able to cancel now and come later. Had to change my card to avoid payments. Few months later (though in April 2020 I clearly told them to cancel my membership through email) I get a legal notice of late payments as they automatically renewed my membership without my consent. I still said fine, let me pay and get rid of the whole experience, turns out they need my card and PIN number as they don’t accept cash or Swiping card (or Apple Pay)… I decided not to pay and take it to Dubai Police as I don’t trust them at all. If you think of joining their gym, a piece of advice, don’t … pay more to a different gym and enjoy their facilities because you will end up paying more than a 5 star hotel gym (for rubbish facilities) … if you still insist on joining them, first GOOD LUCK, second, make sure you take a lawyer with you when signing the membership application, you will need one.. I’ve dealt with many rubbish organizations but GymNation easily beats them all.. no wonder they membership is 99 dirhams … cheapness comes with a hefty price.

Customer service continues to disappoint. They may advertise that they are the cheapest gym in the UAE and the is theoretically true but you will face horrible customer service with no flexibility whatsoever. Let's face it. No one really stays in Dubai all year round and when pitching you the one year plan they fail to explain that whenever you are out of the country for vacation or business etc. you won't be able to freeze your membership and will have to continue paying the fee. Yes they might look like the cheapest option but at the end of the day they really aren't in the long run and other gyms probably have better prices overall in the long run. On top of everything the gym is always packed with no one maintaining distance and access to machines and squat racks is usually difficult and a good 5 min wait on a good day. Enough to disrupt your entire routine. Won't recommend this administrative hassle to anyone, there are superior options, please do your research before choosing GymNation. I won't be renewing my membership here. What a scam.

Careful with CANCELLATION my friends Use a credit card that you can block, use written communication so you can report to Dubai Consumer Rights, even if they did not reply, do not forgive any mistake from stuff, do not do like me. The cancellation policy is not applied, money deducted from my account after 18 months of cancellation. I changed my apartment and could not visit, so I requested a cancellation with showing documents for relocation as per policy, they started to show a bad face and behavior and didn't confirm cancellation, Sales people are nice when you visit first time but one cleaning guy steel money in the first day, the reception couldn't deal in professional way so I had to solve the situation at the time and report later by email, when I requested cancellation they started to be rude and didn't appreciate.

Despite my contract being over in December, they continued to charge me beyond that without anyone calling me to check first. I think that's a total rip off. There is no phone number to contact anywhere. And you need to stop asking people to come in person to cancel their memberships, this is not acceptable. I haven't stepped foot in the gym since the pandemic started but didn't make fuss because i was bound by a contract, but there is no explanation for continuing to charge me. Someone should get in touch ASAP.

I went this morning at 6am to find out the gym is closed to deep sanitization. Funny enough, I get at least 2 sms per week with gymnation offers and discounts but you are not able to inform your members ANYWHERE that the gym will be closed (you still can book all the classes for today...). Is this the type of services and information gymnation is always so proud of on social media? Not even saying how many days the gym will be closed.

They make your life living hell, they don’t listen to customers when they want to cancel their membership rather ignore them. I paid the first 4 months of my contract of 12 months and told them to cancel as I can’t afford it anymore after not listening they kept trying to charge. They sent me a legal notice through a debt agency after 2 years. They claim I have to pay almost 3K when I ask for the accumulated interest clause on the contract I signed they say there’s no signed contract to show me. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS GYM!

Unprofessional. Reception staff have no clue about customer service. Personal trainers are rude and obnoxious and believe that they own the gym. They also allow clients to bellitle other members, which is a disgrace. Charge you to change your bank card. Gym is dirty and unkempt, weights are everywhere and unorganized. Gymnation would make money from hand sanitizer and your sweat if they could. Advise.. Avoid this gym.

I had a fixed term contract for 12 months. Despite no one calling me or asking me to renew my membership, I have still been charged for 2 months after my contract was over back in November 2020. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE IN THIS GYM! Stay away. No one wants to talk to you here and no one is willing to help out. Pathetic. EDIT: In response to the reply I have received, my contract with gymnation is over (12 months until November 2020) and I NEVER renewed. So I'm not sure what exactly I am supposed to cancel.

GymNation emailed me and said that they cancelled my membership a while back as per my request but then they still tried to charge me repeatedly this month even though I provided my 30 day paid notice period. For days, nearly a week now...I have been trying to reach out to their Accounts department via email, WhatsApp and I also tried to call them directly but they haven’t responded to any of my attempts to get in touch with them. I am truly appalled at the lack of customer service and care. They only seem to care about money and not what someone is going through...in addition they keep sending me messages regarding how my membership fee is overdue and how I’ll be charged an extra AED200 on top of my membership fee if I don’t make the payment immediately when in fact they won’t even reply to any of my messages/calls or email. It’s very disrespectful and I would not recommend this gym to any of my friends and family in all honesty. The only positive thing I’ll say is that one of their sales staff (Mike) replied to me when I got in touch with him and he offered to talk to the Accounts department when he returns from his leave period. I am still waiting on a resolution and response from the Accounts department.

You have a better chance of riding a broomstick to mars than Gymnation cancelling your membership. I've tried repeatedly to cancel my membership with them and they keep saying it is done but I keep getting charged. I visited their Al Quoz branch a couple months ago to cancel it again and I was assured that it is cancelled and I won't be billed anymore. Guess what, I got charged twice after that. I'm seriously considering taking them to court for misconduct and misinformation..

I requested cancellation of my membership, after my first visit as it was not the facility that I was looking for. (I was told that I can do the cancellation after my first visit). Been emailing them but no reply and they’ve been deducting my card every month. I haven’t even used their gym. This is fraudulent. I can’t see a contact number on their website. I am one of founder members who signed up for Abu dhabi in just before pandemic early 2020. I started using my membership from December 2020 and have been paying all months regularly using auto payment on my card. While I was away on my vacation in mid July my bank blocked my card as a response to another fraudulent transaction attempt leading to failed payment to gymnation for month of July. When I returned back from vacation I was surprised to see threat messages from gymnation. No one bothered to call and ask. It looked like as if I have borrowed money from them which I haven't paid. But that was not the case. Really upset and looking forward to cancel my so called forced contract on or befor completion. Moreover they need you to submit either one of documents for cancellation which is mandatory... Either new rent contract far away 30kms or doctor's letter or cancelled visa and flight ticket or redundancy letter. I mean why should I have to go through this it's my decision whether to continue or cancel based on my experience how can somebody force me. It is so difficult to visit gymnation as there is limited parking in mall followed by appointment to be booked in advance where time slots are not available. I joined Gymnation in March for a month and renewed for 2 or 3 times, each time for a month. Then I decided I want to sign a contract for 3 months which I did. During the signing I asked the person helping me if everything is the same and he said yes. I went ahead and signed for a 3 months contract which supposed to expire in October. To my surprise I was charged for October, November and December. I was sick and traveling, hence I couldn’t go earlier and check. I tried to find a number to call, but no customer service number appears online. I went today to Gymnation Motor City to ask why I have been charged for 3 extra months while my contract expired 3 months ago and I haven’t been to the gym since? They called the “manager” who told me with a cold face that I didn’t cancel my membership. I told him I deliberately choose for a fixed 3 months contract. He said no all our contracts are automatically renewed if not canceled. I told him that’s not true, I had to renew my monthly membership each time it would expire and I did that 2/3 otherwise my access card wouldn’t work and when I signed up for a 3 months contract I wasn’t told that I need to cancel otherwise it’s automatically renewed. Even when I wanted to read the terms and conditions the person who was helping me said it’s all the same. Why would I even sign a contract for 3 months and pay more if I want it to be automatically renewed? I could have signed a contract for half year or year and paid less. This is called misleading your customers. The so called “manager” was cold and refused even to listen. The only thing he kept repeating is our contracts are automatically renewable. This is absolutely misleading and not customer friendly. I want to file an official complaint, but again there’s no phone number.

Good club location and easy access to it. Free parking for 2 hours a day in a building that is very good. The equipment club can be said to be 95% complete, but it also has some shortcomings that should be better addressed. The next point about the machines is that there are often 2 fitness equipment and devices, and when the club is crowded, you may have to wait for several minutes for the equipments to be released, but the number of bicycles and treadmills in the club is very high! The main reason I downgraded the club is the cleanliness of the toilets and showers, which are clean only in the early morning and dirty in the rest. Of course, this may not be a problem for women because the locker rooms are separate!

Gymnation has been a huge disappointment. They've been promising to open Downtown branch since June, but the gym is still closed. Despite that, they have the audacity to charge membership fees, even when they're not providing any services. It feels like a scam. I regret ever signing up with them. Until they can fulfill their promises and actually open the gym, I advise others to steer clear and find a more reliable fitness center.

This to the owner who replied on my last post if you get a chance please check my last email. Well I’m literally got tortured by your inefficient team making a simple process a big circus. You all are working on bigger volume of customer base with your prices but there is a lot to suffer to exit from the trap. No one picks up the phone. I called three numbers listed on the website and one I had been given for the accounts department. No one picks up the phone. Terrible customer service. The gym is overcrowded and has a really bad smell. I worried about the level of hygiene here. There is a small basement but there isn't still isn't enough parking at peak times.

It’s a shame that you have to go public and involve external government authorities to be able to solve your minor issues, like membership cancellation. I was okay-ish and didn’t complain before about promised/advertised parking, gym and changing-room cleanness, quantity of classes, because I understand that I pay almost lowest price at the market. But I genuinely believe, customer service still have to be on place and ignoring customer’s requests is not a solution. Unfortunately, as I found out only now from comments in the trail,I am not the only one who can’t get and answer from receptionist nor from accountant. For those who got attracted to the price, think twice!!! Seems GymNation don’t loose the chance to charge you when they can.

I used to be a member in alqouz branch.. they sold me a membership in mirdif branch last month claiming they will be open.. and now they are not answering my questions on Instagram, what’sapp.. they don’t have any form of communication .. they don’t care about their members!! What are you expecting me to do .. I joined because I want to work out .. now the gym is not open and no one bothers to respond .. clever way to scam people for scraps !!

These guys are scammers. Once you join they will keep charging you membership fees. They are not professional and unreliable. Very poorly run.

It’s a very decent gym. The positives are that it’s absolutely huge, they have a lot of platforms, racks and benches. The vibe was good and even though there were many people there was plenty of space. Few negatives is that no one reracked their weights and just left them lying around, making to very messy. Also they could have optimised the space a bit more and got some more exotic machines, instead they just had all the basics but double. Overall there is better gyms but not many gyms in Dubai would be this good value for money

On February 2019 i had a one year contract and i was unable to honor my monthly payment from February - September due to unfortunate circumstances. Further, end of September things were okay and i revert to the gym and explained my situation and was told my due payments will be void and i can resume with my membership ( it was a young skinny british guy). Multiple times i inquired with the customer representative in order to cancel my membership and i was told in a rushed away hence the que is always congested, you can any time at august and cancel, i made multiple inquiries because i was aware that the T/C stipulate a one month notice period or ill be incurred with additional one month payment. Today, august 8 i approach the representative to cancel my membership, and a request was incepted, however, was imparted that i need to make an additional one month payment. I no longer able to honor the payments due to the pandemic, in addition, to being a student. Kindly show some perception & sensitivity toward people at such times. Whilst, your always mocking other brands on your social media for being acquisitive..

I Would not recommend this gym to anyone for the reasons below; 1) They keep advertising for their Gyms mentioning they will open soon but all they want is for you to join and they will keep delaying it. An example is their downtown branch which was advertised for opening on January 2021, it has now been modified for March 2021 and I have friends who are working in that project who clarified that they still didn't start working in preparing their Gym and it wont be ready for the next 6-9 months. 2)They give false promises in the offers they provide for membership. 3)The cancellation process is hell as they request lots of documents in order for you to spend time in collecting them and your membership will be valid and you will keep paying even if you stop going to the gym. 4)Poor customer service and unprofessional staff as they dont respond to calls or Emails. 5)Crowded gym and no social distancing or safety measure are being met. I recommend you join any other gym as there are loads of much better, gyms all over UAE.

Poor communication with staff and rude from Abu Dhabi branch, someone called kept shouting at me and closed the line on my face while talking and kept asking me to send my documents through a WhatsApp number which is not official I told him I need email to send my documents not Whatsaap. They deduct second month for my membership and while it’s canceled and he said it’s automatic like it’s normal

I would not refer anyone to this gym or brand ever. Their service is as cheap as their prices. I had signed on for their membership for a new gym opening in DOWNTOWN. This was suppose to open in JAN 2021 and its still "opening" lol.. We are year end of 2021. Honestly a total joke with no updates or apologies from the team. Please don't take their word for anything, simply ridiculous. Please DO NOT reply back with "visit reception" like you do.. remember there is no reception to visit here.. READ above :)

So GymNation as a gym is great, cheap, good equipment, good trainers. But as soon as you want to cancel your membership, or in my case my membership had ended. You’re in for a long trip. First off when the gym shut down due to corona and quarantine, the month it was shut down in they withdrew money from me, odd how the gym is literally closed yet they wirthdrw money from me. I contacted their support and they told me it’s fine I’ll get the 1 month I paid for as soon as they reopen and they won’t charge me, guess again. On the exact day they reopened bam I was charged again. I contacted their support team immediately and told them that I wanted to cancel or hold my membership as my financial situation wasn’t in a good place due to corona. They agreed and said I wouldn’t be charged, well guess again. I was charged the next month ( July) and when I asked for a refund or to void the payment they said they’d do it and never didn’t. At this point I had given up and that month of July would have marked my 1 year with GymNation thus supposedly ending my membership, right? guess again. It is now 15th of August and they just charged me again. Making it 600 dhs withdrawn by GymNation for me using 0 days of their gym. I don’t know how long they’re gonna keep withdrawing money from me. Their accounts team takes 2 weeks to respond to me and I’m in no position to visit their branch due to personal issues and I have no idea what to do. Thus marks my experience with GymNation. Edit: Now the reply is asking me to share proof of relocation/job loss, which makes no sense since my 12 year contract has literally ended. July 2019-July 2020 was my membership yet it’s August and they have charged me.

I have just completed a month with Gymnation Al Qouz, and I could not be more delighted with the experience. It is worth mentioning that I have tried almost every Gym in the UAE, and all things considered, Gymnation is my favorite. Starting with the welcoming team at the reception, I would like to endorse Margret for her courtesy and accommodating mindset. And, my Trainer, Joe Khalil, from Team Enhance, whose high morale and enthusiasm are always contagious. And last but not least, the star nutritionist, Nathalie, whom I heard even before I joined Gymnation and I was so excited to work with to achieve my goal. Lastly, I also want to say how grateful I am to Sumeda & Farheen whose efforts in the first place brought me on board this remarkable place. Kudos to the great team and the great worth of our money! Good luck to you guys and all the BEST!

They charge my card EVERY SINGLE DAY, even after the payment was made. I tried to reach them on their instagram page as they do not have any number on their website. Its been over 30 days since I first messaged them. They clearly chose to ignore my messages aa they were too busy sharing their 5 star ratings on their insta stories. The gym is great. But this makes them like amichelin star dish served on a garbage can lid. P.S. I want my money back!

Except for April 2020 and as I remember the gyms in dubai were closed on May and June, so why you charged me on this two months??? And then u sent us the online classes as a replacement which is baaad as well! Worst GYM in UAE. They will keep deducting money even after you cancel the membership. Their customer service is terrible as all their staff are rude and disrespectful. They keep advertising for Gyms that are opening soon but some are still under construction and all they want is for you to join and they will never allow you to cancel. I couldn’t cancel my subscription due to the lockdown and I finished my contract and they still charging me and sent me a txt with 200 AED for late payments and received a call to inform me that I need to check the terms and conditions and no one told me that when I subscribed so I feel this is like a SCAM & the comments on the FAQ account cancellation section under your website is filled with similar cases. Most of us still don’t feel safe to go back to the gym, What a JOKE !!

My honest experience with this gym The gym is beautiful, it has machines I’ve never seen in my life, it’s so spacious, people are extremely nice and welcoming, bathroom and locker room is always very clean so is the gym. Now after the pandemic and the whole covid situation I lost my job and I don’t even have a car to come to the gym anymore, I did manage to come twice and tried to speak to the people in the reception but there was two of them only and they couldn’t manage it cause there was around 20 people waiting for me to finish so they could speak to them too, anyways Long story short, I tried every way possible to contact you guys including Instagram and the only email I got from you guys was the deduction of another 200AED I’ve only been to the gym around 6 times in those 4 months I’ve been a member I hope this will get someone’s attention. They gym is extremely overcrowded, classes are so full that people breathe on your neck. There doesn't seem to be system to limit class capacity, you can attend no matter if you book it online or not (no point of your app). Reception is overwhelmed (not their fault) because of amount of people coming in assuming this is due to the cheap enrollment offer which wasn't controlled.

Gym with the worst customer service! They will never hesitate to just deduct money from yoru account without your consent! And look out for all the fine print ... even if you want to cancel you need to provide 30 day notice WITH payment even though they already made a deducation! And if you want to discuss the matter, the custoemr service is absolutely pathetic with no one responding to anyting at all on calls, message or social meida. They make you drive all the way to the gym only to meet they staff who will only benefit you till they can stab you in the back with another payment! Worst customer service, and highly unprofessional staff!

One of the WORST Gyms ever Sending over million sms, WhatsApp massages trying to force you to get their membership. Even if you asked them to stop bothering you, they will keep sending,sending, & bothering you alot. Very very bad & unprofessional customer service team even 1 star rating is much for them.

Joined for 1 month, they kept changing my card, visa dispute is filed, it’s a dirty unclean gym, running treadmills not good quality.

Gym services are fantastic but once you get stuck with accounts for payments you will be ignored and your issue does not resolve and they dont value their customers. No reply to emails and no courtesy to call back

MUST READ!!!!!🔴🔴🔴🔴 Totally doesn't deserve any star! I was a member in 2018, and I was made redundant as my company decided to shutdown. I spoke to Frank couple of emails back and fort, sending my employers email that I'm redundant and sent him cancellation that he wouldn't accept which it's written in terms that if you made redundant you can cancel the contract, I don't even know that i have a contract (it was published monthly) but that is okay. Back in 2018 after showing him all documents i had, today I received a call threatening about legal action, are you serious?? I'm fighting for it! , you can't threaten me if I already have this matter back 2018 showed my documents. And the legal team doesn't even make their investigation, they just threatened you. I still have all emails i have sent him with my employer.

Great improvement with the staff and ladies locker room. Members, as well as trainers with their clients, just need to learn to return the equipment. The gym is good and worth the fee.

Perfect on the Go type of fitness hub. They have enough equipment for everyone. Well equipped Ladies area. A lot of classes where you can join at your on pace. Easy booking on the gym app. Generally, I like the way the gym, the membership, and the classes are set up. All at reasonable cost. VERY VERY BAD Beware of their enticing promises and benefits when you join their program, as they conveniently "forget" to inform you about the following issues: Deceptive billing practices: Once you make your first payment with a credit card, they automatically obtain an unlimited permit to charge you monthly, even after your one-year subscription ends. This hidden auto-renewal clause is never disclosed upfront. Long queues for certain machines, leading to frustrating delays during your workouts. Difficulty in registering for supposedly free classes, with inconvenient timings that never seem to suit your schedule. If you decide to cancel your membership after completing the one-year term, they'll surprise you with another obscure clause in the contract requiring a one-month cancellation notice. Moreover, when attempting to reach out to customer service, they exhibit a shocking lack of responsiveness. Even when escalating the issue to the manager, they ignore your complaints completely. Their unresponsiveness and lack of concern are extremely frustrating, leaving you feeling ignored and unheard. To add to the frustration, when trying to communicate with Hary for cancellation, he never responds, leaving you trapped in the membership with no recourse. They even continue to charge your debit card without your permission, even after the supposed end of your one-year contract. This deceptive practice can only be described as a clever and manipulative scam. It's crucial to warn everyone not to place blind trust in anyone trying to sell you an offer. Take the time to read reviews, seek opinions from those who have experienced it firsthand, and make an informed judgment before committing to anything. Protect yourself from being taken advantage of and ensure you thoroughly understand all the terms and conditions before getting involved. Stay vigilant and cautious to avoid falling victim to such deceptive practices.

Worst experience ever . They claim that you cancel anytime but in the reality u cannot. Don't give your credit card as they will take ur money without ur approval. Watch out from auto renewal, they will renew without ur consent. They refused to cancel my subscription even though I moved to a place 30 km away from the place. I tried solve the issue with the collection agency but that is even worst... You will agree to pay certain amount then without to our consent they will take the what they want. The Gym is fully equipped with quality professional equipments with fairly adequate space to do exercises easily. Environment is very nice. Gym also has options for CrossFit and Boxing training with friendly, helpful and professional Staff. There is a free underground parking for 2hours which is also very helpful. Will recommend GymNation to others 10/10. Bests/SK

Gymnastion is a great gym. fantastic equipment well laid out with lots,of space. the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I joined gymnation a few months back, however due to their non-conpliance with COVID reatrictions (overcrowded gyms, machines located too close to each other), and inability to sign up for a class to attend the gym (the app had a glitch and I kept getting an error saying “Client # does not exist” I decided to cancel my membership. I sent an email to accounts team on 7 February but did not receive a reply. I went to Gymnation Al Quoz where i asked for my membership to be cancelled and i was told that this is impossible, and i need to provide proof (being sick, losing a job or leaving the country). I told them I will block my card in this case; and as soon as I left the gym I started getting messages from the bank one after another with charges from the gym, i was charged for 7 additional months 229 AED each (on top of the regular charge that I got in the beginning of the month). When i went back to the gym to ask them to refund the money for these fraudulent charges, the gym staff (accountant) refused and told me to call the police, as I threatened to cancel my membership they have the right to charge me a year’s worth of fees. I managed to quickly block my card to stop the charges. Overall the staff was extremely rude, they did not care about the issues, they told me that a manager was not available to listen to my complaint and refused to return the money or cancel the membership. I have already lodged a complaint with Dubai Consumer, however I would like to warn anyone who is already a member or wants to become a member and tell them that their card details are not safe with GymNation.

First of all , most of gym nation employees are non professional (they have degrees in how to be non professional with clients) , they insist for masks and towels on the entrance (which I like honestly ) but when you enter to the working out area ...SURPRISE , many people are removing the masks and there is no social distance , this is very danger since we all know how the pandemic is going on , second point is that if you talk to them about how they are through any of the social media platforms they will block you or delete your comments @gymnation , if you guys don’t know how deal or handle the clients why you are still there ? You can go look for other poor quality gyms to work for gymnation deserves better employees (talking about the non responsible people) ... you want us to wait for you and you answer our questions by either will tell ASAP or keep on promises only ! Staff needs to be changed to a more professional and respectful team , I subscribed for mirdif branch in October since they promised to open by end of October and we started working out in January ! That’s very nice ...! Couple of my friends also got there comments deleted (the cant even face the reality !)in some social media platforms since they was telling some truths about there opening dates and their unreal promises. Regret the time I joined the gym , I unsubscribed already from there gym , even phone number in google you can’t see !!! Now I am working out in golds gym and it’s very nice , calm environment. Very nice big gym! Works 24 houers. Many equipment, seperate hall for yoga and fitness. Modern design, nice staff. Separate bar with protein cocktails and other healthy food.

While the gym has a pretty extensive equipment arsenal, on top of a functional training area and some pretty decent group classes. During these times of covid, equipment isn't wiped down or sanitized by the patrons or staff The free weights are always a mess and never in their right place which is rude and disrespectful I feel As for the locker room, it is a bit dated and not the cleanest you have to buy a lock to lock your locker as opposed to other gym brands that have pin protected doors If you have an annual contract, that does not give you access to one of their HIIT classes (Blitz) for free which doesn't make sense. Overall the gym is decent for its price point. They have a great cafe with calorie conscious food and smoothies

I went there for the first time to have a look and an idea about the gym, but it turned out to be the worst experience I had in a gym due to their untrained and very unprofessional staff. 1) They need to train the staff on how to listen to the customer without any interruption 2) The staff should be also trained on how to find solutions for their customers if there is any problem, specially if the customer is new and that comes after listening to the customer till the end. They have a large area and a wide range of equipment with a nice distribution, but unfortunately this isn’t enough if they don’t have the right service and the well trained staff.

Upon registering my family, Nick, the sales person at that time confirmed that I can cancel my Daughter's membership any time. I have sent the cancellation request to Accounts and no one seems to action the request. The reception staff had given me the accounts person (Sylvester) and he doesn't seem to pick up any calls or messages. Kindly request you to look into this ASAP.

I really enjoy the gym. I live very close so it’s easy access. I enjoy the blitz class and the staff are nice. The gym can get a bit busy during rush hours but other times it’s very nice and lots of equipment to use. They recently just renovated the change rooms which is quite nice - upgrading and happy to help their customers. They also have a little coffee shop and cafe available for after your workout! And 2 hours free parking!

Gym nation is an amazing gym with many unique selling points. First the gym is open 24/7 which allows you to have the freedom to go whenever you like. The equipment is world class and their is a plethora of weights enough for everyone to use.

The best place to release the tension while working out in a perfectly friendly ambience. Fully equipped with the best machines and complimentary good vibes music playing on the background. I wouldn’t change it to other gym in a million years. Xx

Gym’s quite decent, equipment are quite plentiful, and hygiene within the bathroom is good but needs a bit of improvement in terms of locker smell they should at least deodorize them, and the floors in the showers and toilet cubicles needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Understandable it’s a gym, scent and sanitation can be better. Classes are great to attend as well, instructors are very well trained to attending to gym-goers whenever difficulty of the class is getting tougher on them. It’s a good gym, it provides you with the need to trim down and gain muscle. The facilities are hit your right with what you’re paying.

It is a big gym with everything you need for Crossfit. The personal is very nice and you can workout for free for the first time. The only thing is that the weight lifting Plattform was to much used that it was uneven. Also, there were to less bumper plates. But all in all the people were nice and the atmosphere was good.

Amazing gym with so much equipment and much variety that makes every difference… Like when you enter the place the amount of vibe you get from all the quotes and the techno/disco music playing is wild. I have visited for a single occasion to train with a dancer, and I was so happy with the place because the people were friendly and everything I needed was around me.

GymNation customer service team are such a disgrace. I’ve been a member for almost two years and done my BLITZ membership as an addition to my existing membership. One month down the line, the BLITZ class at 08:30 am which I used to attend got blocked for women only. I requested cancellation of my BLITZ membership since no other timing works for me. I was asked to go (physically) to motor city branch since I was enrolled at motor city. I went and requested cancellation at the reception and the guy confirmed that it’s been done while I will be charged for one more month as notice of cancellation. I was Ok with that. Till date, I am being charged for BLITZ (3 months later). I’ve reached out to the customer service team via e-mail to ensure my BLITZ membership is cancelled and get reimbursement for the two extra month charged so far. It’s been a week now with more than 10 e-mail correspondences (back and forth with them) and they now tell me I need to speak to BLITZ manager. Seriously???? I requested the cancellation at the reception of my main branch and they confirmed it’s done. I have to beg to cancel my membership??? What a shame, what a rip off. As soon as I am back to Dubai, I am reporting GymNation to UAE’s consumer protection department. Be mindful before signing up to GymNation; cancelling the membership is a maze of communication and it will never be done. It happened to many people I know and I didn’t believe it when I was told until it happened to me. I am cancelling my credit card to stop the payment from going through.

I would not recommend joining this gym. A year ago, it was fine, but now it's consistently overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to work out in the evening. It feels like a fish market in there. I switched gyms because of this issue, and when I asked to cancel my membership, they refused and continue to charge me. The service is also extremely disappointing.

Well i believe a good n professional gym is one that u go to and find multiple guys (not crowded) having a go with a set like Cable machine...their prescence motivates u to push to the limit u've never thought of. Gymnation Al Qouz branch is just the place to be. I met an old time friend i lost touch with in couple of years ago n really glad we bumped into eachother again. An amazing Two hours free basement parking..oops i dont need that much time in a gym coz if Rome wasn't built in a day, well i guess i cant be 'Hulk' even in 24hrs ?. Working out with some AFROBEATS is super amazing. Soon to introduce my family!

I like it, everything is good all the machines you need for your workout is available, i guess just need to have crew at the floor not only at the reception to make sure that everything is going right.

My friend and I joined Gymnation a few months ago and had to wait for a few months for it to open and when it finally opened it’s a complete mess. The gym can meet only accommodate 100 person per hour and yet there are at least 400/500 at any given time. No social distance no hygiene whatsoever. You have to line up for the machines for 15/20 mins and you would only find a parking slot for ur car if’s it’s your lucky day. So clearly We asked to cancel my membership and the receptionist was very rude telling us that there’s no cancellation and as soon as we left my friend got a message after the other from the bank with notifications of charges by Gymnation with a total of 8 months and it kept going till she called the bank and suspended her card. They did this as they had her info when she asked to cancel and when we went back to them they said this is their right as we “Threatened” to cancel. And even though we asked a million time to speak to a manager as you can imagine we were told that there’s no manager available. Your info and your card details will never be safe with this Gym as they can charge you at anytime without your consent. A Gym that has no manager, no contact number and very rude staff should never be trusted.

A scam. They communicate poorly to people and let the commit for a contract mentioning that it is a 1 year contract! Apparently its an automatically renewable contract and this is never mentioned to customers. We suddenly found out after paying 13 payments. Then when you go to confront them they say that it is me tioned in the contract THAT THEY DONT SHOW TO YOU. they just get your signature and thats all they need. By the way, THEY NEED 30 DAYS NOTICE PERIOD FOR CANCELLATION, which means they will at least get 14 payments from you by the time you notice this!!! Very bad customer service. Not maintained and no social distancing measure, no cleaning of equipment etc... Super bad. NOT RECOMMENDED

Great gym! They have everything you need! Very spacious and separated sections for Cardio, Fight, Functional training, different classes and they also have a Ladies only area.

The gym itself is relatively tidy however it could have more attention to detail from cleaning staff with tissue papers being left in all cup holders on the machines for days on end, along with many missing dumbbell sets. The toilets could be attended to a little better. However that being said, the gym itself is large and is a good environment to train in. The staff in Al Quoz facility are very friendly. Jamila at the front desk is always welcoming, smiling and is first point of contact to the members. She is exceptionally helpful from personal experiences and from what I've seen. Nick on sales is very polite, professional and welcoming - Another exceptional member of your team. Overall a good facility and great staff in Al Quoz. 3 stars is just down to the cleanliness overall. Would recommend.

A very nice place in which there is nothing a person needs for training. A large hall for training, as well as a large and tidy place for boxing training. It contains all the necessary tools for boxing training and I love it very much. As for the cleanliness, the place is very clean, as for the receptions. There is a very nice lady who greeting me, she answered all my questions and also solved the problem of the card that does not work for me, I salute her from here. I forgot her name but she was working yesterday from 13:10 pm to 15:10

Never really a gym person but when I saw GymNation (Al Quoz), that changed completely. I joined in the midst of Covid and honestly surprised how they’re able to cope up with the situation. It’s so well-maintained and they’re really good at implementing safety protocols. So much value for the amount that you pay compared to the other gyms that we’ve seen. I only signed up for one month but extended it for 6 months and then for a year. It’s my second home now. ❤️

A great gym with ample equipments so that you don't have wait while working out and disrupt the workout routine. I prefer this location due to the convenience and this gym is a value for money and the staff are extremely friendly. If you're planning on enrolling with a trainer, the trainers are also extremely knowledgeable and will definitely guide you to your goals.

Great equipments and overall place is amazing! No doubt about that! Just disappointed at how their staff (Al Quoz branch) handled my situation this week. Left my clothes inside the ladies locker room and you would think that they would still be there or surrendered in lost&found by the cleaners. Came back for them 2 days later and they casually told me they didn’t find anything? If my clothes that were literally on the bench are lost, should clients be worried about not putting a lock on their lockers when they leave their things?

Best gym not just in Al Quoz, but also in Dubai!!! I love the ambiance, equipments and of course, the people!!!! Very affordable too, I don’t get it why there are bad reviews about this place. When you sign up for 12 months, you have to finish 12 months. If you cannot finish it, all they are asking is a proof why you cannot continue the membership anymore. Great gym! Spacious and clean. Most staff are friendly and approachable. Really good group classes, great coaches! They don't just show you how you do it but they teach you properly and what is the importance of it. Try out Blitz classes if you do want to see changes! Highly recommend! Look for Mike and Simon, really great guys. Guys if you lost your access card, go to the reception now and ask Jill for your card. She'd help you and save you from buying new card like how she saved me. Patiently looked for it 😁. There is a bunch of unclaimed card there. Other really good classes as well that you should try is the Grit, body pump and body combat by Coach Enrique. Highly recommend!

I recently visited GymNation Alquoz and had a fantastic experience! The gym is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines and equipment, and the facility is clean and spacious. I adore this gym, particularly the excellent facilities and classes. Nonetheless, I believe there is room for improvement in their class timings' flexibility. Given the majority of people in Dubai work during the day, I suggest adding afternoon classes starting from 12 pm onwards

Im impressed with improvement and never ending effort of the staffs to help everyone in the gym. The gym is so huge and very spacious and can do a lot of exercises. So many events and happenings such as Grit games and BLITZ. 💪🏻💪🏻 It is clear that the team worked incredibly hard to make these happen!!! I also commend all the instructors who are very professional and make sure to keep an eye to all the members who are doing the classes! GymNation will remain my favorite gym among other gyms ❤️❤️

I was member in Al Qouz gymnation. After one year when I decided to cancel my membership they tried charging me for one more extra month showing the terms and conditions and tell me that I can not cancel my membership on call or what’s app and they never replied to my email. After 5 months suddenly they did 11 transactions and when I called they again was blaming me. They after requesting them for couple of days one account manager said that he will give me 6 month membership in Abu Dhabi Khalidiya branch. I believed but then I requested to give me membership in Dubai branch. I got no answer after calling and sending whatsapp several times. Then I visited Khalidiya branch and they said that no one transferred my membership and I am no longer a member. I called and sent msgs and several time but no response. I felt like I got cheated. See, there is no blame game here. I am a customer and I should get proper guidance from concern representative.
