Went for a trial and they asked for my phone for “registration purposes”. Literally went to google maps and gave a 5 star review to themselves from my account. The nerve! Shows that you can’t really trust google maps reviews for gymnation. Please take all reviews with a grain of salt. Giving 2 stars because atleast the gym was good

Gym Nation is one of the worst money looters I have seen in the market. Cons: 1. Always crowded due to their comparatively low fees. You will never be able to workout based on your routines. You will see people hanging on to rope machines and not leaving it for other people for their turn. Same is around many other machines. You will get dumbbells but you will not get benches. 2. I lost my job and informed Gym Nation admins with documentation proof to cancel my and my spouse's subscription. But they demanded copies of return tickets. I was too busy in planning my return journey and job hunt. Despite of my several requests, they have charged me and my wife's another 2 months fees (total 4 months). Any expat can realize this pain of loosing penny while you are unemployed. 3. Fitness First, which is much better in interior and equipment wise than Gym Nation, has similar plans without any commitment or cancellation fees. If you care for your money and quality of time, choose Fitness First. Pros (one and only one): 1. Amazing interior works and ambience for workout.

Be careful and avoid them. There are lot of small good gyms with trainers. This gym don't have even one own trainers. Only personal trainers from enhance team whom are good but GymNation is not worth taking recurring membership which you can't stop paying it even if can't go to gym for any reason you must pay. And horrible customer care. And even accounts team and collection team will call and say directly you must need to pay we don't bother customer service and they accepted in the call and chat only target to collect the money they don't bother to respect clients at reception, never fall into trap. Carefully safe guard your hard earn money

As per my experience here due a group activity, I was able to see and try out all the machines, it was kept very hygienic and there was lot of people as well but I was able to use the machines since at 1pm I wasn't hoping there to be a crowd due to people working that time, The machines were kept in good quality and locker and toilet facilities were kept clean. Overall experience would be 9/10 but due to not much parking space is available if you come at crowded times.

The only good thing about this gym is that it is fairly cheap compared to other gyms. Other than that every thing is horrible. The gym is big however gets very crowded. The staff with the name JENNIFER probably never had even one day of customer service training, probably not even an idea what customer service is. Be very careful when signing up! I was signed up for a 6-month membership. And you might think, after 6 months they stopped charging my card? Heck no! Because they continued charging me, In the end their staff JENNIFER who is interrupts you while you talk, and is extremely rude blamed me for not being able to understand the terms and conditions. They will never tell you that if you do not ask them to stop charging you, 30 days in advance, they will continue taking your money even if your contract is done. Please save yourself the frustration and just go to other gyms.

GymNation Dubai This fitness first facility is Small but with great swimming pool open to sky. The location is great for all people who are working or living The parking is available for free ( 1.5 hours only ) then you have to pay. The parking outside is a big challenge The building itself is very modern Fitness first has been always a good Gym facility and this particular one is great one because of the location and the swimming pool. It gets too crowded - especially in the evening, where you have to alternate on the equipments with many people. Highly recommended for people who live in the area and for neighbours who can walk to it.

Don't be deceived by their competitive prices or spacious gyms or their new equipment and colorful designs. This Gym is only focusing on maximizing profits by getting new members to sign up. Once a member signed up for 12 month contract he or she is trapped within the Terms and Condition that maybe or maybe not legally binding - their staff do not explain the terms and conditions, they chase you to sign up without explaining these contractual obligations. And when you want to cancel the membership for any reason, they will force you to pay the remaining duration of the contract, and keep deducting from your credit card. In the event they are unable to deduct, they transfer the case to a collection agency which harasses you day and night and keep threatening you with "Legal Actions" I have no issue wit the Gym itself, but the management is the worst and has the poorest customer service. Highly not recommended, pay little more and join Fitness First where there is peace of mind, great customer service and the most friendliest staff

Worst Customer Service Ever! They do not respond to calls or Emails. Do not trust them with your credit card as they keep charging even if you cancel membership. Cancellation process is the worst I ever dealt with! No social distancing and poor staff follow up. I recommend you try Fitness First & Goldy's Gym.

This gym in Dubai is top-notch, and it's where I engage in my daily workout. They offer both individual and couple packages, and we opted for the latter with a one-year membership. To avoid overcrowding, it's better to go at 4 am.

Please avoid this gym at any cost, they do not tell all the correct details while signing up, once you want to cancel membership then its practically impossible, they told me if i relocate then my membership will be cancelled, once i approached them with new tenancy contract, they said it has to be outside 30km radius, then they auto renewed my membership and still deducting and threatening with legal actions and stuff. Their mindset is based on simply deceiving people and bind them with T&C which no body reads in current digital world.

I would like to commend Jennifer, Front Office Manager, of Bur Dubai branch. I spoke with a lot of representatives in order to settle my membership — it was a complete hassle to be honest. Good thing — I got Jennifer’s number. She helped me all throughout and ensure that the process is seamless. Customers deserve to be treated well and that’s exactly what she did. I remember calling so many people just to get this fixed and she did it in less that 10 minutes. Great customer service, Jen. Thank you 👍🏻💛

I am a regular member at Gym Nation near BurJuman and as I remember, my visit to the gym is always made pleasant with Jennifer always greeting me with a smile. She even goes extra effort to remember the members name and get to know them in short chit chats. The amenities are great and the ladies gym is kept tidy! I also love the yoga class there! Lastly, it is great value for money!

I had a bad experience with GymNation. At first, they were only interested in selling memberships, not helping with my fitness goals. After joining, their customer service dropped. I haven't been to the gym in three months. I tried to cancel my membership through their app on January 16th, but got no response. They still charged me for February. I don't recommend GymNation to others. They need to support members consistently, not just during sign-up.

Worst GYM in the UAE. I regret the day I joined. The customer service is terrible and they keep delaying their opening dates for their gyms. They will not respond or assist you in anything after you pay as all they want is your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

They don't inform you that there are certain conditions ONLY in which you can cancel your membership in which if it does not apply to you then they can continue to deduct the fee in your card. If I have known this from the start, I wouldn't have signed up. I won't recommend this gym because you will be trapped in the payment even if you decided not to go to the gym or you changed your mind for some reasons. And mind you guys, you cannot reason to them that you want to move to other gym or it conflicts your schedule from work or day to day activities. They don't accept this as a reason for cancellation. Really won't recommend this facility. They are only accommodating when you sign up but when you want to cancel they won't allow you, you will be trap in the payment. There are a lot of decent gyms around Dubai with flexible memberships, won't recommend this one. 👎👎👎

Diamond in the rough. After trying 5-6 gyms I’ve finally come across this magnificent gym. Huge space , very well maintained. top quality equipments , and very positive vibes. Kudos to the team. A Special mention to Philip , he was brilliant to help me out with the membership and made the process really easy & smooth.

It’s quite disappointing that despite of several emails/messages of termination of membership, they are deducting payments from my account. It is very unacceptable for not giving any consideration for cancelling membership as I have explained it already that I am staying in Abu Dhabi. My Residence Visa will be a self-explanatory and given the current pandemic situation, I am not even using the membership at all. Please note that I open account about oct or nov 2019 from the branch even its not yet open as you have promotional and compromise it will be open soon. But there's a delays of opening the gym (bur dubai branch). This Covid 2019 happens, despite of requesting to terminate since March 2020 UNTIL NOW they keep on deducting payments on my account. NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I Would not recommend this gym to anyone for the reasons below; 1) They keep advertising for their Gyms mentioning they will open soon but all they want is for you to join and they will keep delaying it. An example is their downtown branch was advertised for opening on January 2021, it has now been modified for March 2021 and I have friends who are working in that project who clarified that they still didn't start working in preparing their Gym and it wont be ready for the next 6-9 months. 2)They give false promises in the offers they provide for membership. 3)The cancellation process is hell as they request lots of documents in order for you to spend time in collecting them and your membership will be valid and you will keep paying even if you stop going to the gym. 4)Poor customer service and unprofessional staff as they dont respond to calls or Emails. 5)Crowded gym and no social distancing or safety measure are being met. I recommend you join any other gym as there are loads of much better, gyms all over UAE.

Today my second time in this Gym. The facility is spacious, well-maintained, and always clean. The range of equipment is extensive, catering to both cardio and strength training enthusiasts. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, offering guidance whenever needed. Group classes are diverse and motivating, adding variety to my workouts. The membership fees are reasonable considering the quality of the gym. Overall, it's an excellent place to work on your fitness goals."

The ambience is impressive. The gym is well equipped with top equipment, best infrastructure facilities and super clean. The staff and personal trainers are so friendly and supportive. A wonderful lady handling the reception called Margaret, She is very helpful and kind. The new normal situation is handled pretty well. I would recommend this gym for both bodybuilding as well as fitness training.

TOO CROWDED!! It is getting worse day by day because they are filling up more members everyday at such a low cost which is making the gym really crowded and impossible to workout properly. For every machine you have to line up and wait for your turn. They just don't care about the members who are already paying them so that they can come and workout with peace of mind. They haven't put any limitations on the number of people in the gym at one given time but they have closed half of the machines in the name of social distancing. For people who wants to join, must visit the gym at the time they want to go in daily routine and not on afternoons on weekends.

I've lived in Dubai for 9 years, and it is the best and most affordable gym I've been to. My fitness levels have increased significantly since I joined, thanks to the ample floor space and variety of equipment that allow for a good quality and well-rounded workout. The place also has a nice, community feel to it. The staff are friendly and helpful (big-up Jennifer!), and they do a good job of keeping the equipment clean and organized. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to get fit and have fun while doing so.

Don’t EVER deal with Gymnation. They are only good at collecting money, even when you don’t train at their gyms and don’t have a membership they “charge you by accident” and they never refund you back. I already filed a complaint on them to DM and Chamber of Commerce. AND NEVER PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD to them. They will use it and abuse it. Worst customer care service. I had an amazing experience. One of the most affordable gym memberships in the UAE but still with state of the art equipment. I also got a personal trainer Stella who was amazing at helping me meet my goals. I love that the gym is open 24 hours which allows me to come in whenever it’s convenient for me. They observe social distancing and clean their equipment at all times. Very amazing service. They also have a healthy bar where I was able to grab snacks and smoothies before and after my workout. Amazing all round and will highly recommend.

I regret joining GYM NATION. I went once in 4 months, nobody was there to guide for the machines. They never called me asked me or tried to motivate to go to gym. All they call for is money. They get your card details and then deduct monthly payment for one year. If you want to cancel you cannot because they trapped you in one year package. The condition to leave the gym js if you move 30km away, if you fly back. Got a message to win a chance by rating good in app store.

I don’t have a problem with the branch, I have a problem with all branches. They will tell you that it was mentioned in the terms and conditions that after finishing one year it will automatically renew and then if you don’t want to renew you’ll be followed legally (which means that you have to pay for another full year), nobody reads t&c because we expect the gym policies to be more reasonable and the staff to mention any important notes(they’re just sales oriented), also, I was in the flexible gym membership so suddenly they started taking 240 instead of 229, was this mentioned in the t&c too? No number to call if you need anything (0 customer service), and I heard they never reply to any email.

I tried this location for the first time and I got received with the beautiful smile of Jessica at the front desk, she's absolutely friendly, warm and professional. The gym is amazing, they have a dedicated area for women only and it's super complete. Overall the gym is massive. Time goes by super fast. The machines are great too. Five star plus!

Perfect Gym for a Fitness Enthusiast like me. It has got everything you need to get your body in shape. I love the offline group workouts, as they have highly qualified trainers to burn all the calories.

The Gym is fully equipped with quality professional equipments with fairly adequate space to do exercises easily. Gym also has options for CrossFit and Boxing training with friendly, helpful and professional Staff. There is a free underground parking for 2hours which is also very helpful. Great place! Amazing space! Tony, My agent was helpful with the process of registration, However super disappointed with the fact that they’re not strict about wearing masks! It’s okay to not use the mask during intense workouts but you can spot people just walking around doing nothing without wearing their masks. Reported this issue to mr. Charles but seemed very rude and claimed that it’s their personal choice to not wear their masks.

First of all , most of gym nation employees are non professional (they have degrees in how to be non professional with clients) , they insist for masks and towels on the entrance (which I like honestly ) but when you enter to the working out area ...SURPRISE , many people are removing the masks and there is no social distance , this is very danger since we all know how the pandemic is going on , second point is that if you talk to them about how they are through any of the social media platforms they will block you , @gymnation , if you guys don’t know how deal or handle the clients why you are still there ? You can go look for other poor quality gyms to work for gymnation deserves better employees (talking about the non responsible people) ... you want us to wait for you and you answer our questions by either will tell ASAP or keep on promises only ! Staff needs to be changed to a more professional and respectful team , I subscribed for mirdif branch in October since they promised to open by end of October and we started working out in January ! That’s very nice ...! Couple of my friends also got blocked in some social media platforms since they was telling some truths about there opening dates and their unreal promises. Regret the time I joined the gym , I unsubscribed already from there gym , even phone number in google you can’t see !!! Now I am working out in golds gym and it’s very nice , calm environment. The worst Gym i ever joined in my life extremely crowded no social distancing impossible to workout on any machine without an average waiting time 15 to 20 minutes , i even tried to go in different timing as well as to different branches as i have what they call it a premium membership " you can imagine what a premium is " however it is extremely crowded everytime Very bad service poor communication they bind you with a contract which is not cleared with so many terms and conditions and they keep deducting from your credit card bill even if you are not attending and when requesting to cancel your memebership they request you a list of conditions and they keep charging you . Honesttly i regret the day i joined this gym very bad communication rude customer service unprofessionnal staff who shows you the true face as soon as you sign for a membership . For me i had a three days delay from paying a month installements they stop me from accessing the gym however i had spoken to their account manager in Bur Dubai branch to postpone my installement for 5 days he agrees over the phone and watsapp and when i went to gym he said he cannot let me in and as soon as they are able to deduct from my account then only i can access , and no option to cancel my membership . Very Bad experience , i do advise everyone to check properly the contract before going ahead and joining also you need to expect an extremly crowded gym where you need to wait for an average for 15 minutes for each machine to start using each and everytime .

4 months into contract, my employer moved me from Dubai, I contacted Gym Nation for cancellation, I provided all the documents requested, then they stopped responding, now they charged me again, that is full month after submitting all documents. Surprised to see scammers like this in Dubai. I saw many complaints from others.

I had a hassle free experience. Definitely an affordable gym membership but still with state of the art equipment. I also got a personal trainer Stella who was amazing at helping me meet my goals. I love that the gym is clean and proper precautions are taken to control the spread of covid. They observe social distancing and clean their equipment at all times. They also have a healthy bar where I was able to grab snacks and smoothies before and after my workout. Amazing all round and will highly recommend.

Everything was great UNTIL I cancelled my 1 year subscription when I moved abroad! As per their terms and conditions I showed proof of my relocation and paid the last month’s fees. They confirmed that my cancellation is done and that it is confirmed. One month later, their system has charged me again on my debit card. I’ve been trying to reach their accounts team on Whatsapp and phone, they have stopped responding. Their proactive communication ends when you sign up and then you are trapped in their oppressive system.

Gymnation has a lot of hidden clauses. They classes they market on social media, are very difficult to book. One must book 48 hours before every class. And slots are always pre booked. Cancellation of membership is very very very very very difficult and borderline tacky. Please ask every possible question, double check before enrollment. My suggestion would be do not enroll only at the first place. I had a very poor experience with them. I am really disappointed with this organization.

I've been through a lot of gym here in UAE, i must say that gymnation in burjuman is highly recommended. First and foremost the staffs are professional and the ambience are cool, the choices of music are the best and of course the most important things i love in gymnation is their equipments. Everything you want is available there. They also following the guidelines of covid 19, cleaners are everywhere in the area to make sure its clean and to avoid the virus.😊👌👊

The main points that were very highlighted in my experience there: - Very organized with friendly and professional staffs who are really taking care of gym members. - there is a wide variety of good-quality equipments. - the gym is well-sanitized and there is a good supply of sanitizers, spray, and generally the protocol has been followed during these times. - there is a parking validation system which allows cars to park for free up to 2 hours, which I personally find very convenient specially for people such as myself who use cars. The best gym in UAE. The staffs and the instructors are a top-notch. What I like the most is, as soon as you enter in the facility, you will be greeted with a quote that gets you pumped up and motivated to start your work out routine. Highly recommended for amateurs and experienced gym goers.

Hello everyone I’m member of GymNation i was joined there before 3 months ago when i was joined there they said they have free classes they will provide training and everything…………..which is not true and another thing is they said you will have your own locker which is also fake every month they will give you notice to make your locker MT. It’s not your permanent locker . If there is something reason you can not go to gym even at that time still they will punch your ATM card which is really unfair . I’m really disappointed with your service.i know it’s business but which is not acceptable. I suggest to all the people who want to join the gym please make proper inquiry . Don’t think every famous brand is really good name wise famous but service 👎👎🙏🏻 Kindly block my membership from GymNation don’t tap my ATM card 🤨🙏🏻

I’ve been to so many gyms in Dubai and I can say that i’m loving the vibe if GymNation Bur Dubai. It feels positive, the atmosphere is energetic and clean. The instructors are genuinely interested in you, and most importantly they seem to enjoy their classes. The membership fee is affordable with all the extras you get, plus free parking on site. Definitely worth going to!

Gym nation is an amazing gym with many unique selling points. First the gym is open 24/7 which allows you to have the freedom to go whenever you like. The equipment is world class and their is a plethora of weights enough for everyone to use.

Great gym. The best part about this gym is the ambient atmosphere. The lightings are great which sets the mood for great workout. People and staff are very friendly. Clean and tidy all the time. A bit crowded at the beginning of the weekdays. The classes like RPM, body pump, body combat are really great.

Came here during a layover overnight, I had sat on the plane for 13 hours and needed to move and gymnation was great!! Had every piece of workout equipment, clean locker rooms, good music and very safe feeling! It was only 50 Aed ($11ish) and got a good workout in before my next flight!

Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the facilities, particularly the washrooms, did not meet the expected standards. The consistently overcrowded gym environment further exacerbated the challenge of accessing equipment for our workouts. While the initial sales interaction was pleasant, the subsequent lack of ongoing engagement and courtesy post-membership sign-up left us feeling disregarded. Given these concerns, we reluctantly fulfilled a one-year membership against our preferences and have opted to terminate our membership. I seek clarification on the necessity of personal documents like an offer letter for the cancellation process. Addressing these issues would significantly contribute to improving Gymnation’s services. As we explore alternative fitness first options, we are actively considering alternatives where professionalism is paramount. ,

The facilities and equipments are really good. The ambiance is so nice that you will look forward to the gym everyday after a tiring day at work. All the staffs are accomodating is well. The classes are really nice as well it will motivates you more. Cleanliness wise, they really make sure that everything is sanitize as well. Having so many activities in the gym has attracted all kind of people; the ones who want to do purely gym and also the ones who enjoy having fun with fitness activities like Zumba, Bollynation, Jumpnation, Step, Boxnation, Blitz, Yoga and many more.The instructors are great and encouraging. Personally I love Zumba and Bollynation burning calories while dancing around and having fun. What more do you want.

The gym is much more than a gym...by introducing a variety of classes from zumba to les mills with trainers makes the gym more fun and and enjoyable experience every day. The gym has amazing equipment and all the staff and trainers are very helpful. The ambience is really cool and interesting.

It's a good gym with great facilities. But of late the gym has become extremely crowded and it's difficult to train especially in the evening post- 17.00 pm.

I had lost my access card in the gym and jennifer who takes care of the bur dubai branch was so helpful she personally made sure that the card was kept safe and handed over to the correct person. Staff is professional and they make sure that the clients are happy. They also sanitize the gym evey now n then. Highly recommend.

This workout gym is located in the posh area. The staff are polite and efficient and provides their best services to their customers. Equipment are enough that each person can try whatever they want. And the fee is so affordable. An invidual can see the reaults after a month. The exercise are so effective and I personally liked it. There is no wastage of money.

This gym is fully equipped for all fitness needs. Extremely spacious and clean. The "Only Ladies" side has almost all the same equipments so you don't feel left out machine wise. The music is always great and gets you in the mood. Also food on site by Kcal is awesome!

Overall its an a great place to workout. Very happy with their services and equipment. Its less crowded in the morning than in the evening. But really loving the push I get when I’m in the Gym. Cheers ??

Gymnation is the biggest gym in Bur Dubai as you are saying in Ads but the area of FREE WEIGHT section is too small and it's crowded with people between 6pm to 10pm with the shortage of weights and Machines and we need to spend more time to get weights and we need to be que like waiting in bus stop for machines which i didn't see any other Gym in Dubai.

The one responding is not making sure that the issue is sorted by giving them his/her direct access. Simply asking to contact the reception. They have not been able to sort things out at your reception and so the disgruntled ones are posting the reviews here. Can make out that they have poor customer service from the start. I rather not join if they do not have pay as you go.

It's been my 4th day of the gym. And I never waited for any equipment to get free and then I start my workout. Never ! Because they have large no's of equipments. The best thing they have is yearly membership but pay in month. Damn. And free parking. Mashallaha! What else do you need. The staffs are pretty cool and kind. ? Thumps up.

I recently joined this gym a month ago. Have been almost working out for 15 years in various gyms, however i found Gymnation is the best among all of that with variety of equipment and classes. Perfect place for beginners also. Gym is very clean and sanitized all the times.

Great prices, very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. The equipment is in great shape, lots of cool pieces and atmosphere. It makes you want to go back again and again.

Worst place + staffs are incredibly, consistently rude. And I am amazed how the owner do not even seem to care to improve their service. I can see and hear a lot of bad reviews and there is no improvement. I can see people are messaging him (I did myself) on website comments and social media and he just does not care, probably as long as he profits he will never care if people paying for their service are having bad experiences, which is very disappointing and sad to see. Really hope you read this message and as a human, forget about excellent service but try at least to not give people bad experience.

I'm very very much disappointed with GymNation they are fraud.The are so clever , when they want us to join they will be behind us, and convince us to take there fixed membership online without explaining the details that they are fraud and they only care of money. The time I join they mention bur Dubai will be opening soon soon, but it takes so long n pandemic start, when I try to make them understand about the situation they deny, still some balance in my account they deducted. I have not even see where exactly the gym is located and not even seen my membership card, cause I have not gone there even once. And they have lots of process for cancellation,. I'm wondering if we can go to police and talk about this will they help us. Now I'm balance with only 3 month for my fixed term contract to get over after paying all the month. So now I need to cancel it. This time need to fight back to them.

I like the ambience starting right at the entrance. The gym is well equipped for body building as well as fitness training. They even give a free assessment to new members on the fitness level to plan a programme according to the results and goals. The staff and personal trainers are so friendly and helpful. If you are a beginner, I would recommend a personal trainer to be well guided on the workouts, and not to start on a wrong foot by trying to do things on your own.

Was planning to join Gymnation but when I discuss with one of my friend Nisha who has join there for long, suggest me not to, as the gym is fraud.. She mention even she want to cancel the membership they need lots of unnecessary document. A person cannot even leave with there own permission, not like other Gym. And also she has not even taken her membership card , neither gone their once still she is paying the amount every month. Once I heard this it’ a scary me. It’s like spam.

After 30 days notice period. They auto deducted payment from my credit card.

When joining they will tell you all good things then after you sign they will treat you as if you owe them something. Super rude customer service. Plus do not ever trust them with your debit card number this people are greedy and they will deduct everything. We lost our job. I was on visivisa i requested to cancel my membership. But no..they eill give you instructions then even after a few months they will deduct without notice. They took my last money in my atm. When i complained they even try to black mail me. I was told that it cannot be canceled because im working in dubai using visit visa!?!?they assumed that i was working with my visit visa..and they even told me that the only way to cancel.my subscription is if i give them 5 STAR and delete my 1 star commet before. Imagine how evil this pepople are. 1st charge was when the lock down started..they were close but they still deducted money. When i asked them how about my paymet they told me i can.use it at the end. But no. I was charge 3 times without using their facility. I have been with contact with them for the cancelation since i requested. They gave me instructions when i did it they did not reply and keep on deducting money on my international account. If there are any other clients who encounter their evil deeds pls come forward and help. This is not that 1st time they did this to a client.

It's superb gym with all equipment & I am member of this gym from starting. I am disappointed only from one cause when you miss to do the payment for once also for some reason they will send you mail, message & call continuously but when we lost our entry card in gym (it's happen sometimes not everyday no one want to lose his entry card when he is paying gym fee) they will charge huge money for new card 50aed 😳 it's only one plastic card value is 5 to 10 aed is ok. But my question is this if you lose your card in gym & cleaning staff or anyone who is finding in gym deposit in reception why they don't inform to that guy who lost it because it's very easy to find out with just one tap on computer who is the owner of that card.? ... Just call him and inform him. So I request to gym owners kindly teach this commonsense to gym staff. So it will be good for gym because this small thing increases trust & believe .. Thanks with regards.

I truly appreciate both the hard-working staff and the high-quality equipment in the gym. When I went there for the first time, the staff were very guiding and helped me get started without any previous experience. I also really like the covid pandemic response they have, as they allow for self sanitation and remind people to put their masks on in busy times. I’m sure there is still a lot to talk about, but I want to learn more about the perks of the gym.

Amazing gym. Using update equipments. Best part i like about this gym is 24/7 open. Very professional staff. I appreciate the amount of time Vasant spent meeting with me at the gym. This type of exercising is all new to me. When I just started training with you, I would give up easily and wasn’t really involved in my own success. During the training I lost my weight from 89.50 to 77kg approx. 13 Kg. Which is big achievement for me and now my body is good shape. Thank you for giving me the greatest motivation to achieve results beyond all dreams. Thank you for answering all my questions and demonstrating all the moves for me.

Classes - 95% They have a wide range of group classes from A to Z. Equipment - 95% Equipment are there you just have to fine the right time since it tends to be crowded. Even over crowded at some point. Ambience - 95% The setup and lights are very conducive to a motivating and inspiring atmosphere. Staff - 98% The team are very helpful. Mumaya who manages the group classes is very approachable. Jen and Charles as well as the rest of the team at reception, are always welcoming.

I really like this gym as it has soo many les mills classes, equipments and very friendly staff. Although some, very few maybe one or two members with anger issues, bad attitude and ego issues are ruining the whole vibe of the gym I have nothing to complain about the gym management and the facility. Extremely friendly and professional staff who goes out of the way sometimes to make you feel better especially Jennifer. She’s very energetic and helpful during all my visits to the gym. Overall, I'm really happy with my membership at GymNation. The whole place is clean, staff are all courteous and approachable, you will never have to wait cause they have a lot machines weights to use. By far the best gym that i have been to.

Tbh for the price it's an excellent gym. It's clean, spacious, enough equipment for the crowd. Even during peak hours, I'm able to get the equipments I want for my workout. The reason for my 1 star rating is the cancellation. While joining the gym, I was told if I change the location, they'll cancel my membership if I'm able to submit contract/ejari showing I'm moving far away. I moved to gardens and I submitted my ejari on 29 October. The response was supposed to be in 72 hours and my fee deduction day is 4th of every month. No response in 72 hours and money again deducted on 4th. It's been over 15 days since I visited the gym as I moved away. Update: I'm going to update the 1 star to 4 star not because they returned my money or replied to my email, I still feel they waited extra 3 days to trick and take that money. But my gym experience was very good. The gym was always clean, the equipments were always working, no broken or old rusty equipments. No asking to vacate equipment to train paid members. Always a respectful environment. For the price it's amazing. Can't ask for a better gym. Biggest plus its 24 hours, so that midnight urge to become fit can be backed by a gym session. Still deducting that one star for tricking me.
