Medical services is fast and good. But the pharmaceutical services is definitely the worse I've ever seen. I have to wait almost 2 hours just to get the medicine even when there's not much people. Can't imagine how long it will take when there's a lot of people in que.

used to be the best hospital and I always recommend this hospital to someone or any relatives. but today my dad got discharged with the worst service, my dad just got a surgery couple days ago and his IV was stopped around 2 with no water in the room and took a super long and ridiculous time to get all of the administrations done. imagine, around 1:30PM until 5:30PM Seriously?

Very bad services for pharmacy, since I should wait for 2-3 hours only for take medicine. It's very worse services for private hospital.

More than six hours put my feet on the floor of this hospital, ER very slow reaction, according to them fully occupied, then on pharmacy extremely slow, improve guys, how fast your react?

Nice and clean hospital, especially after renovation. Already using updated touch screen registering system to fasten database and patient information system. This help to avoid so many queue particularly in pharmacy/drugs. Keep the good work.

Hospitality ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hygiene ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love all the help given by the nurses and staffs. Doctor Sony is very nice. The nutritionist also makes sure that I have the food I need and the food tastes great too. I stay in the class 1 room and there's a bed for the family member who accompanies me, the room is clean, there's cupboard big enough for my belongings. The security is great too. I stayed here for 4 days. Been treated by the doctor during my pregnancy period. Having trouble with this pregnancy, felt so much helped with the service here. So far the nurses are all good, though sometimes they need to be assured of what they're doing. Communication is the key. About the food, the taste is standard, though I can't say it's my favorite.

service is exceptional, all staff and doctor is very helpfull and give clear direction on all adminiatrative and medical issue, i got check in in thia hospital because of broken bone due to minor accident at 7PM and directly got surgery schedule the day after in the morning, and just one day after the surgery i was released, hassle free and no uneeded treatment to keep you stay for so long in the hospital.

Had wisdom tooth removal, everything went well. The nurses are really helpful. the place is also good. Thank you

I'm impressed at how they serve and care about the patients. Many thanks to Dr Ester Karuniawati SpPd for caring me like her own son while i'm being treated there. I'd recover much more slower if it weren't for her calming and motherly aura. Just, the food is rather plain, maybe just my sick mouth lol. All in all, it's great.

I was handled by dr Steven rudy utomo at heart clinical center. He was good and polite for bpjs services even though i used to go by Astra Aviva insurance, there is no different treatment except i guess the medicine bcs it provided generally by government (bpjs). Thank you!

From the first day I entered the hospital I have felt almost at home. The nurses, the doctors and the kitchen staff have been so kind to me. My room is very comfortable and kept clean by the sanitary staff. My procedure, an endoscopy, was an experience to remember. All the staff in the operating room did their best to allay my fears. I have cancer which is not a pleasant experience. The staff calmed me down, even made me laugh. I will be eternally grateful to the nurses and other staff for their kindness.

The time we had here was one of the best. The services were satisfiying and we had a great sense of privacy here. Overall a great experience
