I had to call and call and no one helped me to get my money back for a product that had not reached my expectations . They obliged me to keep the product ! I had to come to the shop to solve the problem… they said Noway to return it back because the package is opened … unfortunately bad experience !!

Worst experience ever. I and my wife contacted them for a home renovation. They asked for a 30-euro fee to see the apartment and prepare the bid (fee was to be refunded if we accepted their proposal). They were fast to get our money and came to the apartment right away. However we have never got their bid, despite our insistent calls. Our request to have the money back (as a matter of principle) fell on deaf ears.

I received the terrace furniture that I've bought online. The two delivery men refused to bring it up. They left it downstairs of my building. I told them that my husband is away and there is no one to help me bring the heavy furniture up to my apartment. They didn't seem to care. The furniture is still downstairs. I guess I missed the information that Leroy Merlin provides only PARTIAL delivery service.

Trying to make an order to website. In the end nothing available, not a delivery from main warehouse, not from local, not to collect in a store! So how you work with your clients?? Also one of pieces I want to order was showing as available in a store. I was in a store three times and stuff told me that it’s not there even without checking! Worst service I ever see

We had our 2 SQM (imagine how small this is) aseo reformed by Leroy and this includes changing of the door. They started it in October 2021 and until now (February 2022) we are having problems with what they did. Along the process, there are A LOT we have encountered thats why its already 4 months now and still its not done. But I will focus on the present problem. First, they gave us a different door from what we ordered and bought. They first gave us a white door, we complained. Then after more than a month, they sent as new one but still different from what we paid for and they just said that they don't have the door that we requested (but prior to paying they confirmed that they have the exact same one) Second, they installed it, yes. BUT we literally CANNOT CLOSE IT. The sides of the door was installed so bad that now it is about to get detached from the wall and is not even straight. We have called them so many times regarding this since January and we even asked for a refund, at least just for the ugly door. They said no to the refund and said they will fix it. But until now we are waiting. We paid 5k€ for the whole renovation of the aseo and the final work is not even worth half of the amount we paid for. Our experience with them is so stressful we wasted our money and time on this one and we regret going there for this service. Will definitely not go back. Such a traumatic experience.

It's good a lot of variety of home decor, appliances , curtains etc I felt little bit expensive with comparison to Ikea

Place where you can find anything for the house. Only I miss someplace inside for eating.

Leroy Merlin is a big construction materials store. Good relationship between quality and price.

I bought a large roll of plastic foil then they didnt allow me to take the cart outside, dropping the roll of foil on the ground blocking the exit with no way to move it to the car. And although i told the staff i dont speak any spanish they just grouped like a pack of hyenas and kept screaming at me in spanish instead of helping. How they expect customers to carry over 60kg by hand? Horrible service, horrible staff. I would expect at least some service from a store that is priced above the average garden centers. Never again!

Visited Leroy Merlin yesterday for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Very friendly and cooperative staff and a huge variety of construction, gardening, decoration and bathroom furnishings.

Very big store but there are something like contactors you can not find over there. I ve been there a lot of times but very often tgey do not have what I need.

They have it all and helping you for all your construction needs
