The steam room malfunctions often and the jacuzzi is not warm enough (39°C). The pool is nice and small (two lanes, I don’t even know if it’s 25m, it felt like 20m). Warm water pool, 27°C, great for the winter I guess. They have EVERY MACHINE you can think of. Two stories of workout equipment, with the check in counter on the first floor. The pool is on B1 and the changing rooms are on the 2nd floor. There is parking available for members here, which is really quite convenient. This used to be an old mall, so the parking structure is better than most world gyms. There are also escalators in the gym in case you’re tired from leg day. Parking is free for 3 hours, enough for a long workout and a good shower. Go early though, there aren’t many parking spots. I’ve been and there were no more spots, just had to wait until someone leaves.

Commissioner Lai Lai is kind and attentive and provides great service The venue is large and has many facilities, which are basically sufficient. There are also not many people in the swimming pool. Tweet👍

The sale representative and coach are professional and knowledgeable. A great place to take exercise. Highly recommend the sale representative—Anna; she is enthusiastic and trustworthy.

Great gym with loads of equipment and machines. Professional PTs such as 柚子, Monkey and Clark are great at training students with uncountable methods that will never make you bored in sessions. They helped adjusting my techniques and postures. Highly recommended!!

I feel Jerry is very caring. He will tell me to keep warm when it's cold, notify me of situations with the gym, and even notice if I haven't come for a while.
