It is a very lovely place that offers really an interesting experience. Disadvantages: The canteen is terrible. It reminded me the type of food you have in public hospitals. Changing rooms are not enough. In mornings mostly families with children come to the place. In evenings it becomes a party place which offers dj performance and nice drinks. Personally I prefer young drunk party people than kids but you need to make your own decision.

They ask for a 5 star Google rating in exchange for some free stuff. The place is all right, nothing special really, but do not believe overly positive ratings at first sight, cause we did. Also, I did leave a 5 star rating to get a discount before changing this review :)

I’d say that so far I have had the worst experience here among all termy that I have visited. Firstly, very few changing rooms, there are lines to get changed. Secondly, for 4 people we got 2 lockers, which isn’t that convenient either. Thirdly, this is the only place that I visited that had very sharp stone pavement next to the pool, it hurts to walk, on top of that the steps to the pool are the same and I scratched my heel badly going down. Moreover in the large outside pool with the roof there are benches of stone in the middle of the pool with harsh edges too, and I hurt my leg as well. There are almost no “attractions” like massage spots and bubbles. It would also be great to have shower units with a door to the lockers. The food in the cafe is cold and not very tasty either… Pluses: a long swimming pool where it is convenient to swim, not just “float”. Lots of chairs with tables and sun beds to relax, but it will make sense only if you stay for the whole day. Good hairdryers. Slides, attractions for kids. Almost no steps (great for people with special needs and elderly)

I believe at spring, summer and fall seasons it's 5 star. Winter time I didn't like cold runs between the pools. Saturday evening, the live bend and Dj makes super fun experience.

Very nice place to relax and spend some time with friends or family. It has few different pools with different temperature (35, 40, 37 degrees f.e.) So you can easily find suitable spot for you. Also they have some attractions for kids and slides for everybody. Also you can pay additional price and enter the sauna place in it. Main pros: 1) free huge parking 2) acceptability of multisport 3) comfortable dress room usage and buying system with the watch given after entering the place.

we bought tickets through a 'zľavomat.sk' - 2.5 hours for €14 - the complex is great, big. water pleasantly warm, cleanliness 10/10 - you can buy drinks inside (alcohol or alcohol free) and also some lunch and dinner

We've liked Termy. The water is real thermal water. Some pools is hot and relaxing. Some is cold to have difference to hot ones.

Went there yesterday during the thunderstorms. This place is amazing . So nice to relax with a beer in the warm water . I couldn't believe how clean the toilets , showers etc were with so many people going in and out. Credit to the staff who are maintaining this. Best place in poland to relax and have fun absolutely loved it . Thank you for a wonderful day. Good value for money in UK you'd pay alot more .

Great place for day out with family, outdoor pools filled with geothermal water, water slides, spa zone & restaurants on side.

Good place to relax. Went there early morning before Xmas so not many ppl there. Bar in the pool closed but you can get stuff in the one next to the pool. Nice spot to relax in the warm water during cold winter.

Unfortunately we had terrible experience. The place was overcrowded, unclean, and people were not respecting the house rules in the sauna. Sauna were also small and overcrowded, lack of space to relax. Instead of a relaxing atmosphere in the pools, there was a party atmosphere. People throwing their drinks and empty bottles in the pool. The staff was unfriendly, the infrastructure was old and cheap, and there was a strong smell of mold and coal everywhere. We left after just a couple of hours.

I had a good experience. The lockers and changing area are safe and secure. Really rustic look with a lot of wood carving buildings. The atmosphere is good and fun. I am an English speaker and the people at the front gate helped me buy my tickets with ease. Highly recommend coming here if you find yourself in the area.

Nice place but too many people for this small place. Waiting in line for hour with ticket bought on internet. Only one cashier works. No parking spot avalible for our car. A lot of mud near aqua park.

We really enjoyed a fun day here. Super baths, warm water so that children wasn't cold at all (after almost 8 hours being in water). Food was good. We will come back here definitely. Thank you for such a nice place in Poland.

Parking is free, but it's on the gravel and mud. It was raining and everywhere were big plashes. Although we bought tickets online, we still had to go to the cash to get chips. Whole place was a bit overcrowded first, later it was better. It's quite hard to find toilets and changing rooms, there are almost no signs and most of them are only in Polish. I would expect English signs too. Some of the staff doesn't speak English either, so it was hard to get oriented. Water was warm (too warm in some pools) and we had fun with girlfriend :) It's cheaper among other spas nearby, but next time I will try something else.
