Soo good this store. You'll find everything there and really good prices.

Definitely a supermarket you have to experience at once. Unfortunately I was expecting a huge variety of things but it was more a little bit of everything. Don't get me wrong, they have a lot of things and you can easily spend some hours here, just stralling through the aisles.

Busy place and disappointed. Very few brand-name products and no bargains found. Questionable quality of products. Store layout and interior markings can be improved. Missing cashier(s) handling lanes with customers with less than 10 products. Last but not least teach customers to keep to the right in aisles.

A huuuge shopping center 🏬 might say it’s almost a signature of Sweden, have never met any Swede who never heard about it... yet 😅 It has kind of everything you might look for… and at least doubled you never thought of… or didn’t even know existed 🥴 I will praise you if you can visit and exit empty handed 😉 Today I was mostly looking for motorhome stuff 🚐… and some yummies 😋 and the pics I took are only a small selection of all they sell. I love this store! What a store, unbelievable experience!! Never thought such a store exists in Sweden. Never have I been to such a large store with so much different things! They literally have everything, outdoor furniture, shampoo, breads and soo much more! As a tourist you have to visit this place.

You don’t go there without planning to buy anything, but you end up paying 10000kronor

This is a Swedish institution! It is very big and it takes many hours to walk around here and look at goods! Found asome cheap offersbut also many more expensive ones! Everything you can think of is here! People travel from far away to shop here! I dont understand that equation! Some things are cheap, but I don't see a cost saving to drive 30-40 miles, which in itself costs a lot too! Lots of people and sometimes chaotic when you have to keep track of the shopping cart and your company and cruise around between hundreds of other shopping carts! Efficient checkout lines! lots of places to eat, both inside the department store itself, and outside in connection to the building!

Mammoth store with everything under one roof. Cheap. Ample parking, restaurants inside and outside. The whole town is build around this shop. Weekends can be rush. Also parking can be bit hard on those days. Sweden's biggest store.

After many years, I finally went to Ullared and i could say that it was hard. It's huge and really easy to get lost so make sure that at the entrance you take a map so you don't waste your time. This is not a place where i would go often, I don't like that much of a crowded place. Make sure you need to put a list and then go shopping, lots of things have got discounted prices from clothes to normal everyday stuff.

A lot of space, nice stuff to buy, and the sports- cafe! Good salads and amazing cupcakes! No ps5 for sale, but other than that, a cool place to visit for sure. There’s a camping parking spot and big lots. No worries

One big store where you can get almost everything. From food, toys, makeup, clothes and even plants. So if you like shopping and a lot of people in one place, this is perfect for you. Low prices. You can shop all day and get food inside the store while your cart is placed outside the cafe (inside the store). The store is in the midle of nowhere, so it's a long drive... But the sorrounding town of Ullared has hotels and restaurants. Unike shopping experience...

IF you get there e a r l y the check-out area can look like this! But, it's more common to be in the line for about 1 hour...unless it's pay weekend, Christmas time and weekend!..then you should bring drinks and snacks! It's a huge store. Huge. The hour will fly while you walk around department after department. A lot of useful things and good prices but also loads of less needed stuff! Dun, but less necessary. Stick to your list! Just saw a battery driven Advent light w a remote control...Now THAT is taking everything sacred about Xmas to another level? OK food and good prices.

Very crowded place could move a meter without stopping and trying to get a bite yo eat is a struggle inside. Other than that it's a great place to save tons of money. Specially shopping for the holidays. There's everything you need or want.

Paras paikka ostoksille! Kaupasta löytyy kaikki tarvittava, ja vielä vähän enemmän. Täytyy itse kokea, millainen kauppa se on. Itse viihdyin siellä 7 tuntia ostoksia tehden, ja kahvitellen. Tavaratalo on 3 kerroksinen. Ylhäältä löytyi sesonkituotteet, ravintoloita, ja iso kenkäosasto. Keskikerros sisälsi kaiken mahdollisen. (vaatteet, hygieniatuotteet, lelut, sisustus, ruoka ym.) Alhaalta löytyi työkalut, retkeily, eläintuotteita ym.) Tavaratalo on edullinen, joten siellä tulee tehtyä suuret ostokset tarvittavaa, ja heräteostoksia. Kassoja on paljon käytössä, mutta yleensä on myös jonoja. Hotelli on kaupan vieressä.

Shopping here is incredibly annoying. It’s almost like the store is designed to make it hard to find what you actually need in order to make you waste all your time.

This place is big.... IKEA big!! Don't recommend visiting during the fellesferie, there was a queue to get in and there was a huge amount of people. Not quite as cheap as I expected but a good range of items at reasonable prices.

Its one BIG shop, not a shopping mall/Center. Way too crowded, and parking is a nightmare. Very few brands, mostly chinese container imports... That said, if you don't mind all these factors, you can save some money here

A really good general purpose store where one can buy literally anything. To go there, it is a full day event and can be seen as a day out for the family. The prices are really cheap than normal stores so many people buy in bulk to stock for half year or a full year

This time around it was great. Not a lot of people, space to move around, got some great deals. Parking close by. The food could have been better though. Usually it is extremely crowded and people are just everywhere. Remember to wear good walking shoes and ALWAYS take a picture of your shopping carts number in the front. Placing shopping baskets under and in your cart is the best way to make your shopping experience 100%...

Lovely, but don't eat the food in the warehouse.

Pretty good prices, big place, but way way to much people there, just pure chaos when you try to navigate with your shopping cart. Only been there once and I'll probably never go back. Also the staff there seem pretty clueless about anything when you ask them something.

Great, big big big store... Cheap prices... One of "must" visit places in south Sweden! All needed brands and cheap "gekäs" products.

Where to start?? I will cover what I haven't seen in other reviews 1. Be there early. Preferably on a week day where hopefully the crowd will be less. We visited on a Tuesday from 3pm to 6pm and it was still crowded 2. Have a Swedish coin with you for the trolley. You can't do without a trolley. 3. Prepare to spend about 6 hours if that is your first time. 4. There was dinning inside, we ate at an buffet restaurant beside the Gekas, but we suspect the food would have been cheaper inside the Gekas. Like ikea dinning 5. There are other shops, outside and around Gekas. I.e outlet stores apart from Gekas. I visited only Panduro because I like arts and craft pieces. Prices were cheap but not a lot of options like a real panduro. Those stores might be worth visiting, which means an additional time apart from the 6hrs inside Gekas 6. There Is a hotel about 200metres from Gekas. Might be worth looking into spending the night as opposed to making it a day trip. One day just doenst seem enough to come all the way especially if it is your first time.

Amazing place. A must visit every time I visit Sweden. Now even bigger with a large bbq and outdoor furniture section

Incredibly huge store with great prices for Scandinavia. It's nice to walk around and explore the diverse offering while looking for the most appealing deals. Kudos to Gekås for the whole cultural side they have developed for the store, with a TV show, hotel and camping premises to make the whole thing an event if you want it to be. However, some of the prices are equal to or only marginally below other supermarkets (hardly offsetting the gas prices unless you go all out) and it is a place that should be avoided when busy: we stood in line for 20-30 mins to even get into the store and had to drive around for nearly 10 mins before that while looking for parking. It was also uncomfortably full inside the store.
