Today is my first day at Colaw Fitness and I love it! Its super clean, has many different workout machine options that wasn’t available at the previous gym I was a member of, has two message bed options, tanning beds, and their staff is super friendly! I highly recommend!!! My favorite part is their Hydro Message bed; its super relaxing after your workout 😍.

My partner called the Gym to cancel his membership. Was told he needed to go in person to fill out a paper form and to come in on the first of the month. We followed the gym’s directions and filled out the form on the first of the month after driving three hours to do so. The person working said everything was great and that there would only be a $30 cancellation fee. However, the Gym never emailed confirmation of canceling the gym membership and charged us for the entire new month as well. Called customer service. They said they have no record of the original phone call to the gym and that there hasn’t been a cancellation processed yet. Customer service said there is no way for them to know that what we are saying is true because there isn’t any recorded information on their part and that the gym must have given us wrong information if we did call. So… the gym lied when telling us to come in person on the first of the month. The gym made no record on the account about that call. The gym was then able to make money by charging us for another month. And their corporate office said they will not refund and will be keeping his money. Also… the gym made no record of us canceling the membership in person with a written form. And never sent an email confirmation. So we are left wondering if we’ll continue to be charged for a membership we cancelled and if we have to drive another six hours (there and back) to cancel again in person, but this time on video so that the corporate office and the local gym won’t be able to scam us out of our money, again. He chose this gym because of their message: “We are here to serve you and make sure you have a pleasant experience in our club. Our goal is to provide people with a positive, uplifting atmosphere that glorifies God and we have been doing so since 2006.” Their lying and scamming is not Christ like behavior. It’s shameful and dishonest. We have moved out of this city, but best believe we will be telling our Arlington Church Congregation about this gym’s actions. They are about to lose many customers. The gym needs to do the right thing. The Christ like thing. Ask for forgiveness and make right your wrongs. Lead in faith.

It's a great gym. The staff is so kind and helpful in explaining everything you need to know about becoming a member. The equipment inside is very new and the environment is very good. The price is great too. I recommend this gym more than any other gym!

Let's start by. They ask you to give them a 5 star review for a free liner as soon as you sign up. That why they got so many. But overall, the place is super clean. They have above average equipment. Outside of the random dude doing high kicks up and down the equipment without a shirt. And people slamming weights with staff not telling anyone anything. Is pretty good for the price. Also, super christian gym with a jesus movie and music playing at all times. If you care about that. Or people setting a workout station aroud equipment so only them can use it. Or people without shoes on...

Just sign up today! I Went inside ask for information and they were very helpful on my questions. Also they have Spanish speakers for others who have questions in Spanish. The gym is very nice in the inside and clean as well, signing up was simple. I highly recommend coming here or at least checking it out.

I’m so happy to start working towards my future & better health. Love I can bring my teens with me too very safe environment. They also donate membership $ to help Africa & the community. My brother and I had checked out the Colaw Fitness website online and thought it was “just too good to be true”, but when we passed the location one day, we decided to go in. It was amazing and the young man (Matt) at the counter was so attentive, welcoming and kind. He explained everything well and patiently answered all our questions. The gym was immaculate. You could smell how clean it was. There was a calm atmosphere with Christian music playing softly in the background. We were so impressed by the “state of the art” machines, tanning beds and massage chairs and beds. The bathrooms, showers and changing rooms were all private! We weren’t dressed to work out, but we did join and are looking forward to our first workout tomorrow.

Just signed up for a membership, I and super excited. Their membership fee guidelines make it very motivating to get to the gym at least 3x per week. Valeria at the front desk was super helpful, she gave me a tour and answered any questions I had!

Very clean. Great atmosphere. It's hard to believe what they offer for such a low price! The equipment is top notch, and the massage chairs/beds are to die for! Super friendly, helpful front desk staff. Thanks to Brian, signing up was a breeze. I'm looking forward to getting back into a regular workout routine for the first time in 2 years!

We came for a visit looking for a place with affordable prices and we got surprised with the high quality that was presented to us. On top of that, with the good support Aaron gave us during this process, it made our decision process even easier. Signed up right at the moment!

The gym goers are really friendly. Love the massage chairs and sauna!!!! The staff is very attentive and helpful, especially Valeria! My schedule is hectic so it’s a big plus that this gym is open 24 hours and staffed.

I’ve been searching online for a gym for a few weeks now and I’m so glad I made the decision to join colaw fitness out of all the other gyms. It was a very easy process and the gym was nice and clean. I took advantage of the special they have going on for January $12 a month and bring a friend anytime and your guest gets all perks as well. I was able to bring my 13 year old daughter and she enjoyed it as much as I did especially the dim massage chair room. The staff was great and friendly and I look forward to more workouts!

They have a diverse amount of equipment, fit to suit whatever workout style you may do. I find that their equipment and general space is always very clean. Their massage chairs are also very nice. I find Javier to be a very helpful part of their staff. An overall 10/10 place

This was once a great place to work out. It has deteriorated over the past year. No one actually cleans the place, there is trash and weights everywhere. Most of the time there's no one working or at least visible during the early hours. We may get music once or twice a week. The ladies room is awful... trash overflowing with feminine hygiene stuff, toilet paper everywhere. I tried calling about the conditions several times, but nothing has changed! Can't use the massage chairs because the homeless people are stretched out sleeping, blankets and all! The price and business hours keep me there, my husband bailed long time ago.

I came in because this gym is 24/7 and not pricey! With my schedule early mornings isn't always possible. I am tired of gyms closing at 7pm on Sat/Sun. First thing I noticed when walking in, the gym smelled clean, looked clean and the young lady Valerie was very sweet and attentive. She explained everything well and with enthusiasm. Locker rooms are clean and showers have a privacy room. Many perks like massage, tanning and bring a friend each workout a little extra cost but not muche with 2 options.) I love it! Perfect for what I need. Plus, the equipment is very nice with some free weights.

I have never been to such an incredible gym like this! It is top notch! Great equipment (Matrix) and lots of it. Super clean. Kind and helpful staff. Free massage chairs and hydro beds. Locker Rooms and Restrooms were so clean and well designed. I can't say enough about how good this gym is.

Very detailed in explaining the memberships and pricing. Questions are answered thoroughly with kindness. The gym is constantly being cleaned and the environment is not loud and there are a bunch of perks with a membership.

Great gym, membership is cheap (as long as you go) and they also have free tanning included!! The staff are super helpful and everyone who works out here is friendly. I would definitely recommend to someone looking to workout for the first time (like myself) this gym is judgement free!

Great gym and friendly staff. The gym culture is great and everyone I have spoken too has been nothing but respectful and encuraging. My only complaint is how small it is. If you are there at any peak hours you will probably have to work in with someone to get the machine you want. Other than that I would recommend this gym.

I was very impressed with the gym. The price is great and they have so many perks! From a guaranteed 30 day weight loss plan to massage beds and chairs and the massages are top of the line. The best part that I loved is that it’s a Christian based gym. Really makes it worth spending my money here and they have opportunities to donate a $1 or more to different ministries.. I’m looking very forward to my membership here!

Today was my first time here and I loved it. I love the atmosphere and doesn’t seem chaotic like some gyms I’ve been to in the past. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The gym and locker rooms are really clean as well. Looking forward to many more workouts here.

This staff was very helpful. I joined this gym 2 years ago but I left and came back to an even greater environment. Friendly people and a great environment for healthy living. I’m also rooted in my faith so seeing that the gym was also aligned with my beliefs was also a plus!

The gym offers many machines, free weights, and space to get a good workout in. It is very clean!! The customer service is beyond fantastic. I like how members have gym etiquette. I’ve trained with Tanner. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to your specific fitness goals along with giving you a great challenging workout. He makes you feel comfortable working out and shows you how to properly lift and use all the machines. Overall leaving you with not only gaining gains but gaining confidence.Go see Tanner!!!

Marvin was amazing at explaining everything. He was patient with my family as I was coming to check it out and see if childcare was provided. They don’t have childcare. Kinda sad. He did a mini tour as I had my children, but was very detailed. The place is super clean and has plenty of cleaning supplies throughout the gym. So grateful for finding this place and look forward to my journey here!!

This is the absolute best gym not only in Arlington but in North Texas in my opinion. I am starting again at this gym after a year of laziness, and i walked out after setting up my membership (super easy) and felt so relieved and inspired. This is a great facility with exceptional staff, and i HIGHLY recommend Colaw Fitness - Arlington.

The treatment of the staff is very professional and the areas are very clean, very good atmosphere.
