Worst customer service with zero star but I can’t give. Please don’t join if you want good customer service. They don’t have any landline 📞 or calling number. They don’t answer email even after week. They charge you extra even after finishing of the contract. It’s a scam be careful. No call centre to complain and you will wait for the email After 5 days. Better avoid the gym and go somewhere better.

One of the best gym experiences I had in my life. Staff are super friendly, and professional. Prices are super cheap compared with any other gym. I got a free personal trainer session with my registration. I would highly recommend trying it.

Gymnation Silicon Oasis: Amazing gym with good atmosphere! It's very spacious, super clean and most importantly lots of equipment in the gym so we don't have to spend extra time in waiting to use the equipment👌 Besides that, this beautiful gym is having excellent staff, professional instructors and coaches. Especially, Margaret and a team of customer service is always ready to give hands to members anytime we need an assistance. In terms of workout, It's difficult to find time to allocate myself between group exercise classes (gfx) and free workouts since I really love joining gfx with wonderful instructors. They are all amazing!!! My favourite classes are: Bodypump 🏋‍♂️, RPM🚴‍♂️, Lesmills Sprint 🚵 and Yoga🧘‍♂️. I highly recommend to join those non-members becoming a part of Gymnation family, and I'm very sure that you will find maximum benefits of being a member in this great (the best and 5-star) gym👍👍👍

GymNation DSO is by far the best and a state of the art fitness gym. Clean and safe. Spacious and has an array of training equipments. This excites me every training day. 💯 The crew are accommodating and welcoming. Special mention to Margaret, Claudine and Jen.

First it’s near my place and 24/7. From entering the gym you will receive a warm welcome by Margaret and Marco accommodating all my questions and favour. Gym equipments are enough to accommodate even during busy hour. I will definitely recommend this to my friends. Toilet is the best place for me 😂 I like the interiors.

I love to be at this gym and it makes me work harder more and more. Their are all sorts of equipments and weights which you can switch between them considering an exercise and if the machine is already taken, there are extras or another machine to substitute for the same exercise. The place is very airy and the equipment is highly sanitized and kept clean at all times.

I changed recently from GymNation Motor City to Silicon Oasis due to my moving. The team at the reception helped with the contract movement. They are so friendly and helpful. I was already impressed from GymNation in Motor City but in Silicon Oasis I really feel comfortable like home. I visit mostly the classes and the trainer are so welcoming but in the same time challenging you to reach your limit which I'm very happy about it. The gym is very clean and everything is new. Can really recommend it.

Gymnation silicon oasis is the world's best gym. Not because of the first class equipment but the friendly staff. Specially Margaret on the counter is simply the best. She is very helpful. She always greet me like a family member by name.

I really loved it and I would definitely recommend anyone to checkout! They have so many group classes , machines ,trainers etc.. it’s so much of fun and the vibe you get there really makes you wanna go there and workout more. The staffs over there are really friendly and helpful . They maintain the area very well, it’s very clean and follow all the safety measures. They also have free parking . And the best part is you can enjoy all of these classes and other sessions for a very affordable price. It’s really great!

Coolest Gym Ever!! I have recommended it to so many of my friends and everyone loves being at Gymnation! You get to vibe with super efficient trainers, tempting machines and constructive fun classes. Also, the fact that the machines are sanitized at all times, helpers are mostly on toes all around the place. Creative and colorful ambience, totally gets you in the mood for lifting. Branch is not over crowded - this place is highly recommended. Lastly - beautiful dressing rooms to get ready incase you are hoping out after workouts.

Cindy is the star of gymnation! All the staff are amazing. I've joined 3 months ago and I'm loving it. From being very lazy I finally found the motivation. And I have to say that's mostly because of the wonderful staff. They are all so friendly and welcoming! The gym is always clean and there's a lot of space, a lot of great machines.

Love the branch and the staff! We always come early morning and Greg is always happy to see us and help out with any matters. My only concerns are that the vending machine should have room temperature water and some protein bars. Major concern also is that your finance needs to call me for a long awaited resolution of a matter which has been going on since two years. Thank you

I have already started seeing change in my physical appearance to attitude and personality. She makes it fun and enjoyable to train and she is very motivating and encouraging! Love the place! Good and lively vibe with music playing. It's a good sized place with lots of equipment. As a member you also get access to a lot of classes and these are surprisingly good! Staff are very approachable and extremely friendly and energetic. The personal trainer experience is really good. However the personal trainers are not part of Gymnation staff. The are affiliates of something called Enhanced Fitness. But you can always find them at the gym if you ask. It does tend to get busy in the evenings but that's to be expected since people come after work. Personal opinion would be to certainly join if you can. It's a great place to be at to work on yourself!

It has been almost a year since I joined gymnation silicon oasis and now I am certain of renewing my membership for another year. Definitely most organized and clean branch!

Everything is good until you request them for a cancellation. I joined gym in July 23 and wanted to cancel in month of November as I had got some physical issues so I took report from my doctor and submitted it. These people cancelled my request and asking me to get a certificate where there is written that I am not advised to do physical exercises.. I mean what's wrong with you guys? I am not going through something which can't be recovered I just need a long break so I am advised not to go for a gyn for few months. Their cancellation policy is pathetic and they are too late when it comes to replying their customers regarding cancellation request. One of their reception staffs Jenny stopped replying me when I asked her for a assistance regarding my issue. Is this your professionalism guys? If I am going through something due to which I am able to do work out at your gym , you want me to get a certificate where my doctor should write something severe about my health? You guys have deducted the amount for the month where I am not even going to use your services. I told you the whole scenario and gave u doctors report still you are troubling me with a simple cancellation. Why? Is this what your big brand is doing to their customers when it comes to cancellation??? You guys have literally pissed me off for a small thing from last one month.

Visiting from the UK with a view to move to silicon oasis, and wanted to try the local gyms. Have to say out of all of the gyms we have tried in the area, this is by far the best. From the wonderful staff , Claudine was so friendly and helpful, to the great equipment, this is definitely a gym worth using. The atmosphere is good, with everyone here to work out. One of the best gyms I have come across. The numerous equipments , the different classes which comes as part of the package such as Wodnation, Jumpnation etc conducted by certified international trainers , their nutrition plans, personal trainers etc are just exquisite. I wish the Gymnation team the best and hope they cover all of the GCC and also go international not for just what they are but how they promote and embrace a healthy lifestyle to their customers in a world class manner. Been going here since September 2022 and have really enjoyed my experience. I’ve lost 10kg and feel so much better about everything in general. Got a great end of the year deal! Gym mats are provided sometimes and other times they're missing. =( Otherwise a really nice gym and *most* staff are quite pleasant. Unfortunately someone bumped my car in the gym parking - only saw it after a few days so wasn't able to get the date/time to report it for insurance purposes.

I truly had one of the most pleasant experience with the people there! When I explained myself that I’m a journalist student and wanted to just interview a few people there for my news story idea, the receptionist didn’t hesitate to let me in and she was so kind, just like everybody else there that I interviewed! She even let me go further to the gym to explore and ask anyone to interview! I was truly grateful for all of them, I couldn’t have been happier!
