The size of this Ikea mall is just right, not too big or small. Browsing thru every floor will be tiring, and with the size of this mall, it will still give you enough energy to reach the cashier and go home. Very convenient shopping, just take pictures of the items' number code, go to any counter, have them itemize and calculate, pay, and have a scheduled delivery to your house.

the worst IKEA of all in Taiwan. I tried to shop for a container but they only have 2 types available for purchasing. The extra small one and the extra large one. Are you kidding me? You have tons of design and sizes but only provide two of them to purchase? I am very disappointed to shop here. Never again.

One of the biggest IKEA i have visited in Taiwan, keep in mind I am not Taiwanese so perhaps there are better IKEAs that I am unaware about. However it is a nice IKEA nonetheless. Keep in mind the directory might be a little confusing, especially on your first visit. Don't hesitate to ask, the employees were really nice!

The display and on-site inventory truly reflect an authentic IKEA experience. While the Neihu location is much closer to us, it has such a small inventory (likely due to very limited space), and >80% of items would need to be ordered as delivery. The Xinzhuang location is much, much better. Of course, it offers delivery and/or installation services too. We had to rent an electric drill to secure shelves into the cement wall, and the rental process was quick and easy. There is an MRT station within 5 minutes of walking distance as well.

Worst IKEA ever. Restaurant super crowded, tables and chairs placed so close together there’s literally no space to walk. Tables are a total mess. Customers suck at cleaning up after themselves and there’s no staff helping with maintaining environment. Directions and signs are terrible. We spent 15 minutes lost at the exit area trying to look for the restaurant. Also no available staff in sight. Every single one is busy serving a line of customers. Don’t come here on a weekend. Nice parking; many selections and offering Sweden food; yet few low quality item cut open the finger without your knowledge …

It's huge for Taiwan. Not all products are available here. Went looking for a bathroom scale that we bought before in the US. Nowhere insight. Did notice a Police Station outside with Ikea colors (Yellow/Blue) which was kind of cute.

Went to IKEA, bought a lot of stuff and asked for them to ship and assemble the furniture. I was told that they would call a day earlier to ask what time they should come. I left two numbers. Tha day before shipment they called me once while I was at work and I could not answer. They never called the other number and, when I called back, nobody picked up the phone. They called me 15 minutes before they actually arrived while I was in the middle of my online class. They came, dropped a bunch of stuff on the floor, hit a bunch of stuff against the wall (the boxes are now evidently damaged). They showed no respect whatsoever and kept yelling even though I was still in the middle of my class. Tomorrow they are supposed to come assemble the furniture. They told me they would call today. I have yet to receive a single phone call.

Good place for simple meal Open kitchen, clean and bright restaurant, very reasonable priced, no frills but taste

Delicious food, great prices. The lines were hectic but the food was totally worth it!

The worst customer service I faced in IKEA Taiwan in this Xinzhuang branch. They won’t let you return if the package once opened and try, so what about the big sign stated you can change your mind in 365 days. The staffs in this store would find a reason for not letting you return , which I never faced in other stores. I am a long time and frequent Ikea customer for over 15 years , the staffs in CS are in general friendly and reasonable in all other stores except this one.

It is a great, hang out look around place for a family would like to spend a good two hours searching for home-improvement ideas amusement!

It's a comfortable place to shop~

I had fun going around and the best part is having ice cream for only 10ntd 😂 it's really good..

In this facility it is quite decently sized store. You can comfortably shop inside or find good home decorating ideas. It should roughly take about 2 hours even if you are just walking around with a few stop-by. It's restaurant is also large enough that shouldn't be too hard to find a table in weekends or holidays.

As you know, IKEA food just like what we expected. Good, fast, and cheap. I even think the restaurant makes more money than the furniture store. The meat balls are classic, always come here for them. In the weekdays, it has special offer during 2-5 pm. Only NT$168 including fried pork, 2 chicken wings or fried fish and French fries. It’s a good value for a snack in the afternoon. I It was a shame we didn’t see that before we ordered. Next time!

IKEA This is the bigger store that sells everything. They now offer small box delivery to your nearest 7-11. The restaurant is huge and is packed during weekends.

Be prepared to wait 40min just to arrange shipping even though the store is almost closing and there’s barely any customers left.

Ikea is well know, there’s 3 big ikea in Taipei, this is one of the big one, but again make sure you know what your buying, if you want to return, by just opening the box and try to bring out your item and try out in your house or office, and later notice is not that good spot or don’t match, and wants to change or refund, their service is one of the worst and terrible, they won’t let you return, their reason is that you open the box so no return…. But the big board was writing right next to the cashier saying, if your not happy with you item, witching 365 days with the original receipt and original package, we can refund you!!! So yea, I hope ikea really facing this matter and train well your customer service, otherwise peoples will thing your big sign and notice was fake….. be aware everyone.

A good place to fines your furniture

Nice place to buy what you really need for home. People are helpful. I like how managers are taking care of things (saw one of top managers came out to see the reason for decrease of sale at that point of time) In overall, I like the place and I will be back to buy more.

Considerably larger than the city store in Taipei and more compatible to stores overseas. Shame that not all colors seem available for all items but generally the store offers a good selection. Take care that bedding is all slightly custom in size compared to bed sizes in Taiwan, seems it’s an attempt to tie people who buy ikea beds or mattresses to buy bedding there also. Restaurant isn’t bad but at lunch times even on weekdays it can be crowded.

My fave Ikea! I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and this location doesn’t make me go upstairs first to go through the maze. (With elevator) I can stay on the ground floor and take shortcuts to the marketplace. I also love that you can now get the Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes without the veggies!

Big and spacious. Less crowded than other locations. Parking in B1 and next to the MRT. This location has a giant restaurant and it's so beautiful! Shopping mall has great restaurants too if you want more options on the other floors.

Good service, fair price.

I like that shop place. But strangely, in one of the menus we ordered, the chicken meatballs were not whole round, but like being bitten. Who knows~

A upscaled IKEAesque shopping experience. This is a huge building, and if you are entering through the parking lot, you'll spend a considerable amount of time meandering through hallways and on electric staircases, with hundreds of others, before you can enter the store. The restaurant is huge, often overcrowded, not as good as you anticipated and overpriced, but weirdly enough still satisfying. Somehow you always end up buying a lot more than the pack of towels your were planning to buy.

Love it. Meals are dilicous. It would be perfect if the stuff from the ice cream shop can be smiling and be nice.

International furniture shop. Plenty of facilities for family members. Strict height rules (above 90am but below 115cam) for pkay area. Milk bottle warmer, hotwater for formula milk are available.
