My wife travels in a wheelchair. It is hard enough to travel with a wheelchair internationally so we ask lots of questions. When we inquired, Pass the Keys told us about the 5-6 steps to enter the building which were doable. When we arrived at midnight, we woke the person in flat we thought was ours. We were told the flat was up 2 flights of stairs which my wife had to climb by sitting on each step. They did find us another place which was a 30 minute walk by wheelchair and incurred taxi fares. We asked for a refund and were refused because they said that they told us about the stairs. Yes, the stairs into the building but not the 2 additional flights. The downside of a property management company is they do not know the property as well as an owner and have far less compassion. We are hosts and have given refunds for far less.

I stayed in London and paid more than a thousand pounds for a moldy, dirty and unsafe apartment. I can’t believe that they would rent a place like that.

Lovely flat in a friendly, well located area of London. The flat has a cozy, private patio opening to a beautiful garden area. Located near bus stops and train stations. The neighborhood has a diverse and excellent selection of restaurants.

Fabulous apartment compact but so so well furnished and designed with great kitchen and everything we needed. Even though it was near main road you could not hear any traffic. Lovely modern bathroom with great shower. Close to portslade railway station (straight to London or 5 mins to Brighton). Great restaurants/bars within walking distance snd 5 mins walk to Hove Lagoon and beach. The hosts were always quick to respond and this is a well run airbnb which we would definately use again on short or long term basis.

We stayed as a family of 6 at this property twice already, and cannot express enough how wonderful this place is. Leaves you with great memories of the sea view from your bedroom and leaving room, crystal clear water and surroundings, beach is just across the road. Lots to do just by walking distance: Aquarium, The D-Day Story including landing Craft Tank 7074, Southsea Castle, Outlet shopping, and many more

It’s been an absolutely lovely staying at this Wonderful apartment.The host and team have gone above and beyond with immaculate communication.Location is superb as it’s in the Royal Sutton centre with many restaurants and shops nearby. I would recommend to all my friends and family .

What a wonderful place! It was in a great location for walking to breakfast, dinner, coffee (donuts at Guilt trip). Parking on street was always available. Loved courtyard for morning coffee. Bathroom awesome, bed comfy. I plan to come back!

A lovely lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood close to everything you need from public park, shops and other amenities. City centre is just a short drive away from the property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was wonderful! It was spacious, clean and comfortable. My family lives in Belfast and we gathered a few times to have a family dinner and the kitchen was great for cooking and the dinning table large enough for all of us. The location is perfect! Close enough to the city but quiet enough for a pleasant stay. 5 ⭐️

Great place, great host! Cupar is lovely. We went for walks along the River Eden and dined in town. The house is beautiful and has a nice little garden where the kids could play. There’s even a tree walk! The house was clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

I can say it was so nice. I have stayed in a beautiful apartment in U.K for five days. Even if I visit all over Europe, there are few Airbnb managers who are so well managed. It responded immediately to the late hours of 10 p.m., and the service of the necessary additional cleaning and bedding provision was ecstatic. The cost was reasonable and deserved to be paid.

This near-Edinburgh apartment was an absolute pleasure to stay in! Located right on the harbor (10-15 minutes from High Street by Uber/Taxi), the two wonderfully comfortable bedrooms were a dream to relax in as I watched and listened to the ocean sounds. Further, the rest of the apartment was also incredible: no attention to attention to detail was spared! From the thoughtful color scheme and decorations in living room to the utensils in the kitchen to prepare anything you could think of… and, of course, the amazing washing machine to freshen up if staying here after you’ve already been traveling… all of it perfect. The cherry on this cool vacation sundae was of course the water pressure! To take a brisk shower using their gifted shower gel was simply… awesome! So… stay here, take an invigorating shower, walk along the shore to the Newhaven Fish Market for the best fresh fish and chips I’ve ever had (and haggis bon bons) and fall I to a blissful sleep while listening to the waves! Thank you so much for making this apartment available and I can’t wait to stay again in the coming months!

Be warned in using Pass the Keys. We booked a property through them at 141a Kingston Road London. Property a disgrace. Smelled of smoke and dirty. Worse still we had no power in the kitchen or hot water on day 2 of our 3 day stay. We received no assistance from Pass the Keys or the host so we're unable to stay the final night. Pass the keys refused even partial refund or offer of a new property for final night. Disgraceful level of customer support!

We have just come back from the most beautiful relaxing break away at this little gem! We planned on doing so many things around the area but ended up doing none of them as we found it so easy to just switch off and enjoy our time here. This really is a home away from home with everything you need to enjoy an amazing break away with your loved ones. The field is a great addition for the pups! Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back!

Memorable experience for the whole family. Had a family get together and stayed at this beautiful property, which was super modern, with a wonderful garden, absolutely clean, very spacious, detached yet private and secure and fully equipped . Felt like home from home. Beautiful location and close to the sea. Ample parking. A superb and fast responding host. Highly recommended and will visit again in the near future.

We had a great stay in Brixham. The apartment fantastic everything we needed and more. Kitchen had extras oil, spices tea and coffee milk in the fridge. Loved the ambiance of the apartment very comfortable retro furniture comfy beds and a washing machine and was great to have parking. Short walk to harbour and shops. Loved our stay. Thank you 🌻

We had a lovely stay at the studio. It was very clean. Everything was new. Compact, but very functional well thought out use of space. Loved the Bathroom which had a non slip floor in shower cubicle. Also, loved the Bath house products! Comfortable bed. Good location to get to Windermere, Kendall ect. All skyline windows, had blinds, so no early morning light waking you up. We would stay here again.

There are nice restaurants and cafes nearby, and transportation is convenient, making it a comfortable area to stay in London! The rooms are well-equipped, stylish and exciting. They made our stay in London even more wonderful!

Last week my husband, son and I stayed at Julia's apartment in Newquay. The location was perfect for our needs: a quiet, residential area with easy off-street parking and within walking distance to my daughter's, the fabulous coastline and excellent restaurants, etc. The apartment was great, very clean, bright and well-appointed. The only thing I struggled with was logging onto airbnb as a first time user which I found quite complicated. Texts never came through properly though emails did. Being of an older generation, I would have preferred speaking directly (by phone) to a human, either the host or a member of the management team. Having said that, all were keen to communicate and that is most commendable. I hope there is a 'Next Time', as I now know how the system works!

We had a wonderful stay in Oxford, 21 Ash Grove. The property is so clean and the garden is really nice. You will really enjoy every morning to see the lovely garden. The host is very accommodating and communications is so smooth. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Modern 2 bedroom house with in street parking, 3 Claremont Buildings, Bath. We absolutely loved the stay. The best part was the superb location. 1minute walk from Claremont pub that has amazing pizza. If you don’t have a car this would be quite far from the Bath central and Roman baths tourist spots. As we had a car it was superb 5 mins drive. The climb and parking is at a slope so you need to be an experienced driver to park here. The wifi was terrible, rest it was superb. We loved the prompt response of the host they have a 24/7 call centre, it was an absolutely clean house with towels and toiletries, the back lawn/patio is super perfect. We also got food delivered from Larkhall to the house. All in all LOVED the stay! We stayed with a 14month old baby and didn’t face a single issue. Love it!

Our Chester accomodation was just perfect. Very convenient walking distance to both the station in one direction and centre of town in the other. The description was very accurate and the house was quiet, beautifully furnished and clean. We will definitely recommend Chester to family and friends.

Lovely flat with a gorgeous ocean view from both the living room and the master bedroom. Superbly clean throughout and the host was incredibly communicative before and during our stay. We weren't able to operate the TV or the washing machine but that didn't hinder our experience much at all. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Fantastic holiday home inside and out, providing everything you could need. We were a family get together of 12, ranging from 1 to 64 and really enjoyed the large bright kitchen area which opened up onto the outside patio and garden.

The house is beautiful, well positioned to town and Victoria Park and on a lovely quiet square with many amenities within immediate walking distance. We were in town for the bath half marathon and this was the perfect base for our group. Communications with the host were quick, clear and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Superb place, great communication and a genuine approach to customer satisfaction. Very clean and quality presentation and incredibly comfortable. Location while outside of the centre is by far the better option, walking distance to the Marina will all you need for either short or longer stays. A real option for Goodwood FOS and Revival too, an hour out but no real hassle. The hosts keep you informed and come across with a genuine focus on making the experience as painless as possible.

My sons & I had an excellent experience at a Pass the Keys property in Reading. The flat was nicely renovated and extremely comfortable. The location was also excellent. While we had a couple of issues with the bathrooms, Pass the Key staff were extremely responsive and had them sorted out. We loved the flat. We loved the experience. We loved our interactions with the staff.

Wow what a stunning house. Perfectly situated for the city as everything is within walking distance. Once inside the house is much bigger than it looks, the amenities are first class and very comfortable. The whole house was tastefully decorated and spotless. The host was great and made our stay stress free with great communication and very helpful. Will definitely be back and can’t recommend this place enough.

A very good time in this rent, no surprise you can go without anxious, the noise comes from the air, but we can't do nothing. There are 3 airports in London nearest this city, when you win time you must do accept the noise begin at 6 a.m, in other country like France the airports are at 25 kilometers, so there's less noise, it's easily to understand
