Not much of a selection and just outward mediocre customer service. The waiting time is terrible here.

Have us waiting over 45 min to go in. Super slow service. Very rude door attendant.

People here don't know how to greet you. They are talking amongst each other while you wait to get through the check out. The store seemed crowded of too much merchandise. The store is poorly lit.

Good old Sam's visit. I go there twice a month to buy dog food, love the store

Used the self chekout- easy to use, but machine was working slow when scanning products. No longer under construction. Plenty of water to buy.

Kinda nice surprise now they have a self-checkout, that makes the flow of people more faster , the customer service it's not so good, but definitely the slow days with no people are awesome , most of my experiences were when the place was crowded. Also they accept memberships from USA, but kinda hard to detect it when you have to pay. Ask for assistance they help you to make payment more easy (self-checkout experience ) That time they accept to go with some company, better ask before pass , covid times are uncertain and they change of mind really fast.

There are good secure access with social distancing, antibacterial, thermal scanning and overall, parking and entrance less crowded than Costco.

Sam's Juárez can have more light, and more cashiers. Costco is cleaner and neater.

Pretty good deals when comparing to pesos. Good variety. Always super long lines though. Seems like the system is slow.
