Was there to buy two bikes. Some tools was laying there, open in the middle of the bikes for sale. Assumed it was ok for customers to use to adjust the seat. The bike guy started to yell at me for doing so. My fault, but no need to be so rude and unprofessional. The guy told me to wait 10 minutes. After waiting 23 minutes I Asked Laura, (Who was just standing there, staring at us the entire time) if they had tools for sale. She then lectured me in waiting, and that this was not my home. Rudest staff I have experienced in spain. Shop somewhere else.

Lots of sports gear and clothes, sizes a bit on the loose side, reasonable prices. Service in Spanish only, no matter if you ask them to speak English. I cannot understand this attitude, bad service. Its a French franchise, not Spanish.

The store is poorly organized. Prices don't always match up as Items are scattered throughout the isles. I had purchased many items close to 400 euros and paid and was observed and treated if I was stealing. They counted all of my items and gave me a weird look leaving the store. Very unusual.

Very uncomfortable experience, there was this lonely old man and nobody would help him everyone was on the phone texting, he had to go find someone. The security guard ignored him and everything, this is THE worst decathlon I have ever been and I've have been to many across Europe. I will go to other shop from now on, decathlon used to be good and cheap now is bad experience and expensive.

A fantastic shop you can buy alot of outdoor gear or beach items ie snorkeling diving stuff flip flops which are cheaper and real better quality than the local beach shops go and give it a try to see for yourself

You all know Decathlon. So i will only comment on their location. In Finestrat next to Maison du Monde and a home improvement market, good accessibility and especially a locking system for your bike because they want you to come by bike. The people there are superfriendly but that one women with very short hair and some tattoos beats them all. She greets you like a sunshine helps you out just full of positive energy :-)

The website is very poor. Difficult to load, very slow. Shows only a few products for what you have asked for. Terrible to translate into your chosen language. Terrible website. Come on Decathlon get it sorted.

Of all the Decathlon stores in Spain I have been to, this one takes the golden palm. The staff I encountered was courteous and generous with their time. But the 5 stars were earned by Gabriel, for his knowledge and his help with finding what I had been looking for in Valencia and other cities for months. It was the Kalenji KS Light running shoe that I wanted to buy for the second time. My first pair was retired at 3071km. Thank you Gabriel.

Great place with a lot of sports equipment. The service is quite ok and their effort to understand English is above what is common in Spain

Very friendly staff! We have bought a sun umbrella in a different shop and only later discovered it was missing one part. Two ladies in this shop were very helpful and gave us the missing part! Very customer oriented!

Large shop, not easy to find things and quality below R E I. I did end up buying a yoga mat I like.

The cashier was not working, then it was not possible to pay by card. The customer service was not that good, and to order something from another shop you have to pay it first.

As in every Decathlon store, there is everything you need and even more. Affordable prices. Payment in cash is difficult. At self-service checkouts, you have to call the staff to pay in cash and wait.

Do not buy Electric bicycles: extremely poor quality. In case of failure they can’t fix them and have to send them to Madrid. Mine is gone 20 days and Madrid have not even acknowledged receiving it.

This is more than a sports shop. It has absolutely everything you can think of for virtually every indoor & outdoor activity. Well worth a look round. 👍

Great staff, well motivated and helpful. They have a good selection of products, amongst others: sea, hiking, running, climbing, fitness, cycling, tennis.

Good location, plenty of parking and easy access. The selection of goods should be more than enough to cover most peoples needs.

Great staff, extremely helpful and lots of them. The only negative thing to do with parking and lifts, only ONE works and the lights inside DO NOT WORK. I don't know who to contact.

I always like Decathlon, I would live to find more colours in the swimming accesories isle, but I always found what I was looking, the parking is quite big and you have a few nice shops near by.

Terribly sad store there's hardly anything to buy... everything is old fashioned It's like an outlet but with really expensive price's...the sneakers or other tipes of shoes are out of sizes they simply don't have it ...the shopping is very unfriendly and unpleasant... there's hardly anyone to attend you . I would not recommend this shop if you want to preserve your good energy and vibrant Self... Good luck and take care.

Easy parking, air conditioning inside, each area dedicated to specific activities, staff reasonably helpful, prices vary according to the quality of the goods, easy checkout, overly observant security personnel.

Some good quality clothes, but it's necessary to search for them. Overall good on price and choice.
