I ordered a plant arrangement for my daughter in New Zealand, from NetFlorist for Easter. It was delivered on the day and time requested. She was blown away as it was a great surprise to her. The pot differs from the online image quite significantly (it seems to be a lesser quality item, with no patterns as shown on the image and the shape differs quite a lot also) but otherwise the flowers are beautiful and fresh. Very happy with the flowers. I ordered the medium option, so the amount of flowers is satisfactory also. Overall, just the pot disappoints, as I ordered thinking I would get one similar to the image shown to use as a decorative item once the flowers have wilted. Would not recommend ordering flowers if the vase or pot shown influenced your decision to purchase the item.

Great products, stunning service. I accidently ordered something I didn't fully understand for next-day delivery and called them to have it cancelled 5minutes before closing time and they were more than happy to sort the issue out. I ordered 24 yellow roses because the recipient loves yellow roses, i then got a call that the florist only had 17 yellow roses and can they add the rest in white roses, I said sure because the bouquet would still be predominantly yellow. That is not how the bouquet arrived, it had about 6 yellow roses and the rest were white! I’m so disappointed by this! It’s definitely not what I paid for!

Ordered on-line from Perth to be delivered in Port Elizabeth. It was so easy to order on-line. I've requested the flowers to be delivered today, what fantastic service, my friend received it at 9:15am. I've also seen the delivery by photo and it looks exactly what was on the website. I ordered a bunch of lilies in the morning for same day delivery to my Mom in Langebaan. I kept an eye on the tracking and was super impressed with her message confirming delivery just before 3pm. The arrangement is lovely with some buds in bloom and a number that still need to open.

We was rather disappointed when we saw the condition of the Sun Flower Pot gift, the sun flowers were all wilted and looked half dead. For the price we paid, we would have expected the sun flowers to have last longer than half a day. I was extremely disappointed in what I received from NetFlorist as a birthday gift for my Wife. I had used you in the past, but can give you my word that I will never use again. Firstly the driver was rude and had no sense of direction. I had to drive to him to pick up the gift. Secondly the flowers looked terrible like it was already dead. Easy to order. Wonderful gift ideas and got a 50% off voucher. Delivery was within two days and the process very efficient. Unfortunately the label had an ink mark on it underneath the plastic. Only noticed after the driver had left. But otherwise perfect!
