Decathlon Bannerghatta new store is a huge new place with lots of parking place in ground floor and basement, they have a cycle workshop/service which is in the ground floor which I thought was a good move as you don’t have to take it inside the store like earlier or in other stores, separate self check out for many customers is a good option, they also have a separate section for online pick up and each sport product has been neatly arranged and easy to find , rest rooms well placed, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great experience in the new store. Overall would rate high with customer experience.

This is not the usual commercial store for Decathlon products, in addition, this two floor massive outlet has a gym, a big synthetic playing field, a small cafe for quick bites like sandwich and fruit juices, and coaching classes for sports like Karate! This makes it an actual experience centre rather than just a commercial one. There is plenty of parking available.

All sporting needs under one roof! Big facility, friendly staffs and reasonable price. Multi storied facility with big parking space. Overall good experience. Ground floor has service center as well, of any needs second life..

Really great place for fitness or Health enthusiasts. Get almost everything related to physical fitness under a single store. And now with an indoor playing arena + gymming space. Really great collection. Cherry on the cake, you try the sports equipment there itself.

The Decathlon outlet in Bannerghatta Road is a massive store. They have most products from the decathlon catalogue available in stock here. So in case you are looking for some niche products to buy, then this outlet is more likely to have them in stock than the other smaller Decathlon outlets in the city. There is sufficient parking available and you’ll never struggle to find a spot. Parking is free for both cars and bikes. They have parking on the ground floor and two basement levels. The actual outlet is on the first and second floor. The first floor is the retail area of the store. There are four manned checkout counters (three were active when we went) and four counters for self-checkout (you scan the products yourself and pay using Credit/Debit Card or UPI). The second floor has a cafe and a sports arena. The cafe has very reasonably priced food and drink options. Food options are mostly snacks like sandwich, omelette, etc. The sports arena includes a football turf ground (8v8 size, which you can rent for ~900 for 50 mins), cricket nets, table tennis, etc.

Some sporting goods are really high quality at affordable price. Cricketing gears & bats are good & over prices. Overall, good for other sporting good & gears but not a cricketing store

The staff at decathlon are courteous and professional. Yesterday I visited Decathlon, Bannerghatta road. I must tell you the staff at the kids bike garage in the basement are extremely respectful and handled the repair request efficiently and I got my son's bicycle delivered in 45 min. The original quote was 999 but after inspecting the bicycle's condition, the staff asked me to pay just 299 as the repairs don't warrant a charge of 999 INR. I mean, this is incredible!

In my recent visit to Decathlon Bannerghatta we had a decent experience in the store Everything loaded with fresh stock and as usual everything is good Staff was also so friendly and helpful in understanding purposes of the product and even helping with other similar products And the sports place on the top floor was fantastic everyone can enjoy and feel the atmosphere And the team in workshop is also friendly and professional

Bought a cycle from this store and the seat got some issue within 2 days!!! We showed it to the team and this was then replaced by another one and that has even more issues. The quality of the products are not up to the mark. I’m not sure how these are getting QC passed.

One stop solution for all the sports apparel’s. They do conduct events in different areas like running, skating, karate and coaching classes for the same over weekend and weekdays.

Decathlon football court is well maintained and clean, good for 8v8 matches or lower because it doesn't have enough space and gets over crowded. Overall a good place and the indoor makes it easy to visit the playing courts at any time of the day

Good place... self check out available for one or two items. It has a big roof top football ground and other sports events. Staffs are friendly and ready to help

The new store is just nearby the place where the old store used to be. The store is spread over a large area as usual all the stores of Decathlon are and they have got all the sportswear and sports items underneath one roof. The store has a good variety and collection with value for money. A good place to shop for sports items. Now they have self check out counters which is quite fast and convenient.

I bought a skates and cycle for my 5 year old daughter. There was a little bit of issue, but owner as well as staff helped me out. I was not expecting this kind of service, but you people are awesome. I truly appreciate each one of you.

They have just moved across the road to a bigger place. Pretty wide selection to cover most sporting needs. Badminton shuttles could be better, unfortunately they are not keen on stocking some of the leading brands so online options are always available.

The bannerghatta Decathlon is an awesome place for everyone it's all well assembled. You won't get confused. On the 1st floor there is a play arena. Basketball, football, table tennis & crickets are there. You can go spend time and also there is a cafe on the 1st floor. - I went yesterday and purchased cycles and few clothes. ( they have self check-in even )

I mean collection wise, yes they are the best. It is a huge store with every damn thing that you require but people standing in the lanes don’t have full knowledge to recommend stuff. Otherwise if you call or approach , they’ll be happy to help you. Every sport equipment is available and good quality

We went multiple times to play cricket there but we always found a lot of human hair on the ground. It has not been cleaned for so long, and also a lot of plastic bits have accumulated in the turf. Decathlon is always the best for pricing and amenities, but should take care of hygiene too. my request to the authorities to clean the court and make it the best place to play.

Great products and representatives are very knowledgeable . They help with all details . The skating and soccer training is amazing . The amenities and store is well maintained and you can get assistance as needed.

You would find most of the things here. Inexpensive gear is available although quality is something that you should not not expect from the products. If I wanted to get better quality and expensive products, I would go to other branded outlets, but if I am looking for something just to get started with, this is a great place to come and buy. I would recommend this place. It has a huge parking space, which is such a hassle in the most stores so that is good. Product checkout is also smooth and the staff is also courteous.

I am traveling and I forgot to buy snorkeling gear (remembered at night 9.30pm)... The flight is next day and I had to leave home by 7am... I was disappointed and just called decathlon Bannerghatta Road for help.. Mr. Anas not only took my order over the cellphone (Did UPI payment and received bill and email of invoice), he sent it to my address through porter and Monitored until I received the gears.... I'm extremely happy for his help and thankful Decathlon for the quick response.. A well deserved 5 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When comes to sports almost all the things are available here but only cons is the cost is too high but quality of the products are uncompromising

Decathlon is a sports wear and sports goods shop. It is a huge one on the Bannerghatta road. I had gone to buy shoe insoles to rectify the use of my sports shoes. I found very good quality ones for a reasonable price It is a great place to shop. It has a large parking area too which is relatively free. I enjoyed my time there. But haven't been there recently though. All kinds of sporting accessories are available too.

One Stop shop for all things sports. Name any sport, they have all accessories for it. Their staff is pretty experienced too. They help you in finding the right stuff. They have a place in the second floor where you could play. The ground floor has a workshop who help you with repairs of cycles or rackets. The pricing range is pretty good too. They have something in each price range. And one thing to mention is that they probably are they only place who offer parking for free.

We have experienced many a times here that, you won't find the stuff you are looking for. It has happened with us at least 4 times in last one year. We bought a pair of good swimming 🏊 glasses last time and we went in search of typical set and they were not in stock. Last time we didn't find my desired swim suit. Probably they are favorite but, why demand and supply are not taken care of.
