    RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE! I took a 2012 FORD F-250 utility PICK UP TRUCK there to sell they didn't even drive it or looked at thr value or equipment and offered $3500. I used Kelly Blue book and the referred my contact information to the dealer. I sold the vehicle on Facebook marketplace a week later for $13,500, $10,000 more than they offered. the buyer even paid an extra $500 for me to drive it to them from Miami to Jensen Beach. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT WITH THIS DEALER! The manager even tried to tell me he will have to send it to an auction because they might not be able to sell it. GLAD I DIDN'T LISTEN TO HIM.

    5 hours for an oil change. No tire rotation completed. I know because the same tire is had patched this week is still in the same position. No work order printout provided. Unacceptable

    Today, my husband and I decided that we will NEVER return to West Kendall Toyota. 1. Customer service there is just NOT what it used to be. My one week scheduled appointment was at 11:20 am and we didn’t get out of this dealership until 4p. This is after I walked myself to find the shop manager and complain. 2. Prices: We have purchased 7 (brand new) Toyota cars and have serviced them (until today) at ONLY TOYOTA DEALERS, (mostly West Toyota. ) We own sequoias and tundras, corollas, and tacomas. The confidence, HONESTY, and treatment WAS ALWAYS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, but the last few years, it has felt like we are getting rip off. I have been quoted EXTREMELY over priced estimates for breaks, tire, and simple oil change services. I have been told that parts were needed when they were not. Because of the TRUST we have carried on with TOYOTA for so many years, we have committed and paid for services that I could very well get done else where for a more of a decent price and not feel taken. I hope this review finds upper management and personnel in training and helps correct these issues. We would love our old customer service in TOYOTA. Sadly, we are done with this dealership.

    West Kendall Toyota is an exceptional dealership. Alessandro went above and beyond to help me get the exact car that I wanted! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I have never worked with such a great sales rep! I highly recommend West Kendall Toyota and go see Alessandro if you want the best service!

    I had a wonderful car buying experience thanks to my amazing sales rep, Andy Suarez. He made the process so easy & relaxed. He’s also very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Andy really takes the time to find the perfect car and payment for his customers. He’s not pushy at all, like most car salesman. He’s also very transparent. No hidden agendas. I HIGHLY recommend Andy Suarez when thinking of getting a vehicle. You will be thankful you chose him with your car buying needs. I totally trust him and will definitely keep buying all my cars from him.

    5 stars to the customer service team for helping me. If you get the chance to have Kate Alvarado service you, I would highly recommend because she is awesome and extremely helpful. Not sure if it’s just today but people (not myself) had been complaining that their car had been in the shop since 11am and 1pm and it’s 5:21 and their cars are still not out. If I had to spend 4 hours in a car shop for a “quick maintenance” I would also be upset so I understand. I think they were short on staff today and there was a lot of people here. Overall I’ve come in the past and they are quick to service me. Within the 45 minutes is when they fully service me and I leave happy. Today is a day of patience. I came in as a walk in and did not have an appointment so I also understand that. I would recommend this spot but try to come on a PTO day in the morning or really early on a weekend to make sure you are prioritized as one of the first people they service. Would not recommend you do a walk in on a Saturday mid day or during the week after work. They have restrooms inside and a cafe where I got Cuban coffee. I also ran into my uncle here lol so we chopped it up a bit algo light

    Great Customer Service ! Ask for Yoxi Fernández sales lady is super helpful and knowledgeable willing to help us find the ideal vehicle within the price I was looking for! Also the Finance lady they call Cookie she was able to find a great interest rate on a used vehicle and went above and beyond. Thank you ! Now I have a beautiful Red Tundra 😍

    I bought a car on August 2020, few days ago I went to change my battery at Auto part, and guess what? The battery wasn't the original that the vehicle come with, completely embarrasses, you're liars, I'll take action immediately. Horrible experience.

    Great service! Made my appt online to get maintenance with Josue and was I was in and out in less than an hour! He was very nice and helpful and answered all of our questions. Definitely returning to this location. They also have lots of space to wait for your vehicle and even a cafe to get a snack and coffee.

    Vladimir was a great salesman when I bought my first car. He was helpful in finding solutions or suggestions to pick out the perfect car. He was so nice and not pushy at all. They had great customer service and his manager Greg was very helpful as well.

    I am reviewing the SERVICE side of WKT This 5 stars is NOT for the sales side. Now that the disclaimer is out of the way i would like to say a big thank you to the service team and Fernando for taking care of my Tacoma. I went in for a routine service and was told it would be about and hour and a half to 2 hours and they called me right after 90 minutes. Simply amazing. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommending to all friends and family

    Super friendly people! Special recognition for a manager named William. Delightful and helpful person! Only two negatives: 1) snack counter closed when we got there, and 2) it took nearly two hours for maintenance. But I was told their work force was down. Also, for comparison, Ferrari can take days to do maintenance.

    The service took way too long. If I am paying so high for labor then the service should be faster. More than 3 hours to change the front brakes is too much time. Notice that my car got in at 7:45 AM. You would expect a mechanic to be available at that time. The advisor should also keep customers updated every once in a while instead of customers having to reach out to find out about updates. Overall I would look for alternative places moving forward. Thanks.

    The Dealer was fantastic at providing his attention, catering to our needs, at the same time being honest and truthful to what he had to offer at the Dealership, his customer service I’d have to say was beautiful. I was not satisfied with the Finance Manager though, she seemed impatient and pushy and wouldn’t allow me to at least skim through the paperwork. Other than that, the dealer was a great gentlemen to us, I would definitely recommend others to him.

    It was great! Justin took me right in. Did the paperwork, advised it would be 30 to 45 minutes for the service. It was about 26 minutes when they called me, my car was ready. The people are so nice and the service is great!!!

    I took my car in for service. They did a good job, but they did not have a replacement battery that was under warranty. They offered to keep my car and give me a loaner until they received one since there was a shortage. I called different Toyota service departments in South Florida and located the battery in Deerfield Beach. I drove there, and they replaced the battery. They used to be good at washing the car when returning it in but have not done so the last few times that I have taken my car.

    My car was serviced today in this clean, efficient dealer service shop. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was advised of, but not pressured, regarding some additional service recommendations. They have a pleasant and comfortable waiting area. Coffee is available at no charge. Unfortunately, they no longer provide donuts! The coffee tasted bitter, so I dumped it after a couple of sips. I mentioned that to the cashier, and suggested the equipment probably needs a good cleaning. Aside from that, West Kendall Toyota is excellent!

    Hello I took my car to fix a tire and everything was fine, excellent I would say, until unfortunately I found a scratch on the screen of the radio or multimedia. I'm sure the scratch wasn't there before, but how can I prove it right?. I contacted the representative who attended me but he completely denied it even though he wasn't the one who took the car to fix it. So it wasn't a pleasant experience. Sorry.

    Never had any issues when it comes to getting my car serviced here. Staff is nice and willing to help when you have questions. The only thing I would say could be improved is the cleanliness of the overall building and the time in which they bring out your car after is done being serviced. All in all, it's a great dealership to go to

    Great service at a great price. So far I have no major complains other than sometimes an oil change with tire rotation can take over 2 hours. But overall, they provide a great service. They offer a 10 mile free shuttle service that you can use to wait at home. They provide service coupons for some important savings also. I'll be taking my car to then as long as I live nearby.

    I gotta say I am scared of car dealerships, but West Kendall Toyota had the best customer service I have ever experienced!! Solomon took care of me and made sure I left with the car I wanted. Jose A. in the finance department was very efficient and made the signing really easy. Lizbeth in insurance made sure I had the best quote with the insurance company I had. I left with a big smile on my face. My boyfriend also wants to return with the same people who helped me. I am telling all my friends and family what a great experience this was because I left satisfied and within 3 hours had everything done. So efficient and friendly! Definitely recommend buying your next car here.

    Very satisfied with the service I received for my vehicle. The young man that took my information for the service I need it he was very professional and informative. My wait time was 2 hours long but the waiting area and the outdoor seating was very pleasant as well. Thank you for a job great done. From beginning to end.

    Service Writer Kelly M. was great. She kept us updated on issues and the status of our vehicle during the entire process. She was very helpful across the board. The individual that detailed the vehicle and cleaned out the moisture, did a great job too. So far, all issues we were having seem to repaired. One issue was an unidentified leak. Once it rains a considerable amount, we will be able to verify the issue was fixed.

    Good service. Kelly was very helpful. Service took a little longer than expected but it wasn't a huge deal. Customer waiting area is large and the bakery is delicious! Only gripe is they didn't put a reminder sticker, but they cleaned off the old ones so it evens out!!

    The service was very fast and the person helping to deliver the car was very nice but, when I got the car back my air conditioner was on the lowest temperature and to the highest of course because they are not the ones paying for the gas. They also left an empty water bottle that was not mine and I have to throw away and last the Radio station was change to another one, not the one I left that I listen too. They need to teach their employees more education to the customers and their cars. If you are doing all that at least have the decency of leaving everything the way you found it! Next time I am taking my car I will let then know in advanced I don’t want this type of things happening again or I will go to other place! As a customer the least I deserved is to be treated with respect!

    Hello , I did leave a poor review of my wife's recent service.. after having to argue with the service manager b/c he did not want to change the oil in the car. Saying that the car had to park wait till February of 2024 for service.. 5 months! For God sake. The oil change in the sticker had the mileage and the viscosity of the oil already showed need to change .. after wards she was made to wait over 2 hours even though I had already made the appointment for 9am on a Wednesday.. and I get a call the dealership asking if I wanted to buy a car there again. Not going to happen. I still have two more oil change service vouchers that I paid for when I bought the car , so is nothing you are doing for free and I expect for my wife to be treated with respect the next time i have to schedule a lousy oil and filter change.. NOT Happy with your business at all ..

    We were very happy with our experience, we arrived early for our 10:30, and were kindly directed to the front of our line. Our service writer was kind, friendly and efficient. She advised it might take 1.5 hours (for our simple wheel rotation). We agreed, and waited in the spacious waiting area. Our own negative comment - why we were advised ( over several days) of our 10:30 appointment- when it could NOT be honored, such that it eventually would take over 2 hours ( and that for a simple wheel rotation?).

    Called to make an appointment and there were system issues happening, however they were still able to accommodate me and service my car. Craig was very helpful in providing details about the different service options and although the computers were not cooperating, he was able to efficiently get me taken care of.     Everything was fine once we were finally acknowledged. It took a good 20 min (not exaggerating) of standing around before someone finally came out and greeted us. This was after my husband poked his head into one office asking if we were supposed to go somewhere specific or just stand around waiting. As first time customers, it wasn’t the best first impression. But they were courteous and the service was done as expected, so all in all it was a fine car maintenance experience.

    Craig was very helpful and explained anything in detail and advised what I should get done and what isn’t a priority. My only issue is I waited over 20 minutes after paying for them to bring out my car, others that arrived after me would get their cars immediately. Even after I went back inside to let them know my car hadn’t been brought out, I still waited a good while.

    Our service advisor was Craig Koning and he was excellent. Explains what is needed, what is optional, what is an economical option and what is preferred based on your needs. He was succinct and pricing was fair considering what the price includes; 24 month road hazard warranty for new tires, quick turnaround, shuttle service to and from home to service facility. Efficient process to get car taken care of and get on with my day.
