👍👍 We visited the pool for 3 days in a row. Found staff very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was well mantained and the bathroom were modern and clean. Outdoor pool absolutely stunning and clean. Loved the outdoor area, kids had the chance to play basketball as well.

😠 The most pathetic pool company in Australia. The worst customer service! We had to constantly chase the account manager as they woudn't respond to emails or calls after the invoice was paid in full. They installed a pathetic manual pool system and after weeks wouldn't come to see a leak in our brand...

😠 This happened after wearing four times. As it was past 30 day from purchase both store and city chic HQ said nothing could be done. Dressmaker said it was the result of poor workmanship when created - seams not close enough together. Paid $139 offered $25 voucher as compensation. Not happy!!!!

😐 Excellent experience, staff were very helpful but not over the top and left me alone to browse. Had an issue with a gift card which was sorted immediately by Carla at the head office and relayed to the store. Fantastic l will never shop anywhere else for bathers.

😐 Excellent range of clothing apparel and accessories. While the store is easy to walk and the staff offers great service, the store is not well organized and it is difficult to get anything out of the racks. Sales and deals are good.
