🫤 The manager is always above worker’s heads and instructing what to do and how to serve people. It looked so terrible. Although, the food was correct. One star because of manager/owner. The second star is for greeting when you leave the place.

😠 Very low quality service. I ordered tea. Waiter brought it (it was the wrong one) and charged me more than the one I ordered. 😠 We had lunch in the SCC branch on Wednesday 26/7/2023 @ 12 pm. The waiter is extremely rude and disrespectful. He completely ignores us and doesn't respond to our enquiries. The food is excellent but the service is poor and rude

😠 Ne znam odakle da počnem. Naručio preko glova. "Miješana salata" im je pola kile rendanog kupusa bez icega. "Teletina ispod saca" - komad suhog, zilavog, hladnog i neslanog mesa. Pekarski krompir koji sam platio nisu ni poslali, a ni krišku hljeba nisu stavili. Sve je tako upakovano otišlo u smeće....

😠 Horrible experience. Ordered lamb “ispod sača”, what I got was a plate with boiled potatoes that were cold by the time the meal was served, and the lamb pieces were more bone than meat, serving such lamb pieces is honestly disgraceful, unfit for a plate, and they had the audacity to charge 28 marks...

😠 Terrible place, i'm a Turkish. And Turkish owner of this place . But i must say: stay away from here. very expensive (most expensive i have seen during my travel), slow service and not polite. to sum up i can say worst i have seen my Bosnia travel. i'm very sad that it is a Turkish place.
