😠 Horrible place. On the outside it looks great but there is nothing inside. No english no cleaning and no hot water. It s also 2km from town. If you ask coffee a driver brings it to the hotel but they charge more every day for it...

😠 DO NOT BOOK BUS TICKETS HERE. They sold me a ticket from Kratie to Don Det. He said it included the entire trip, but I was forced to pay to board a boat because my ticket DID NOT include the required boat fare. The bus did not even take me to Laos. Our driver asked for our passports at the border....

😠 I went to this hotel for the view, I booked a room with river view but that not what I got.hotel in general dirty, in my room 2 fans only 1worked, bathroom with mould, very old equipment, TV doesn't really work. Only position point was the owner is been helpful for my bus ticket.
