👍👍 First and still the BEST urban farm in the Halifax area. Am SO happy that the Kidston family decided to donate their land to this purpose: anyone can go there and grow a nice garden if they live in an apartment or other place where their yard isn't their own, to dig up and plant fruits and veggies...

Point Pleasant Battery

👍👍 The Battery ruins are situated at the end of the park, right near the shoreline. There's two main buildings, which are pretty much fenced off but you can still walk around the area. Need to be careful as parts are crumbling or somewhat dangerous to get around as the area is not maintained.
