4 stars - because near us at the table was person who was smoking cigarette (inside!) and staff didn’t say anything to him. Of course it was electronic one (at least thanks for that), but still there was a lot of smoke...

🫤 Today 16.11.20 at approximately 4:00 p.m. - I did not like the unpleasant behavior at the open sale, when the lady did not know how to politely turn my customer card to read the code from the other side. It really is a problem to politely ask for a turn to read the barcode and not bark at the custom...

😠 Bydlíme v Modřanech teprve krátce a jediné, co nám mělo přijít do schránky byl rodný list syna. Po porodu jsem byla samozřejmě doma, nejen že nikdo nezvonil, neměli jsme ve schránce ani výzvu k vyzvednutí. Po měsíci jsem se dozvěděla, že už je rodný list dávno vrácený na matrice, který přítel vyzved...
