😐 Unfortunately, the last impression is given that the call center is not able to serve (lack of staff ???). Not many years ago, telephone service was excellent. Probably the most feasible way of service is through the head offices in Ampelokipi (impeccable, very helpful, exemplary).

😠 Τρομερά αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και ειρωνεία. Ένα μήνα πριν, ο υπάλληλος που μου έκλεισε ραντεβού με την υπηρεσία, με διαβεβαίωσε πως δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα να εξυπηρετηθώ στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα. Αντιθέτως, όταν πήγα στο υποκατάστημα για να εξυπηρετηθώ, η υπάλληλος στο γκισέ με παρέπεμψε...

😠 one star came in just to write a review, not even for a star is the bank. unacceptable store in everything ... I try to book an appointment by mail and by phone 11 days now. and I have no information .... I pass my pos and accounts and go to another bank.
