👍👍 Would recommend this gym to people looking for fitness and strength building. Workouts are designed to build the core strength as well as increase the endurance level. Trainer explains the workout techniques very well and even trekking is held every Saturday morning.

🫤 The trainer or the coach are not at all bothered. Even if u ask something they won't answer . U r on ur own . Bcz of that I had and injury due to no proper guidance . AVOID THIS GYM

😠 Everything is good about the gym except for the arrogant staff. They are good to you only if you appoint a personal trainer. This gym is been opened only to mint money. Behaved as if they were doing a favour. Zero recommendations as there are much better gyms in the city.
