😠 Tolong petugas di poli **** cara penjelasannya bisa lebih jelas dan santai agar kita lebih memahami yg disampaikan, bukannya ngomong teriak2 kayak marahin orang. Padahal kita nanya karena gak ngerti, jawabnya nyentak kayak kita berbuat salah. Padahal depannya ada orang tua yang mau periksa.
