😠 I have never seen more shocking mistreatment of animals. There was a dead bird in a cage. Another bird missing half his beak. Overcrowded and dirty cages and the animals have poor nutrition. The macaws outside are left only with sunflower seeds (should only be used as a treat) and green gross water....

Came specially , but found the highly recommended "x box " type activity was not available. There was a comics sadna - very nice but not worth an hours drive to get to.
There were no ice creams/Kartivs left in the shop at 3pm

ביצעתי הזמנה אוכל רפואי לכלבים - רשום מנסים לספק באותו יום מקסימום שלושה ימי עסקים.
יום למחרת התקשרו להציע מנוי - אמרתי שחרי שישלחו אשקול בחיוב אמרו שעכשיו מטפלים.
עד היום (10 ימים אחרי) אין משלוח.
בטלפון או שלא עונים או שכבר ענו אמרו שיבדקו ולא חזרו אלי.
