😠 I think you guys should consider revamping your Customer Care Team, they can NEVER provide solutions to your issues, they are extremely inadequately trained, it's like talking to a bunch of robots...no empathy, no solutions, no resolution. A transfer or service should not be this difficult.

😠 Sometimes for weeks we have no water without notice or excuse. They have bad costumer service and are very biased with the water distribution. I honestly would not recommend anyone to do business with this corporation if it can be avoided.

🫤 Please reconsider the process for travelers. The timeline isn’t reasonable. There needs to be a quicker turnaround time for the authorization results. It will give ppl a chance to fix their issues if need be....

😠 THEY SELL FOOD THAT SPOILED, AND THEY DON'T WARN YOU WHAT IS ENTAIL IN THE FOOD PREPARATION, LIKE THE SOUP, THERE SHOULD BE A WAY THAT WE DONT PUT ANY START AT ALL . PLEASE BECAREFUL THEY DONT DO REFUND, THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THAT MANAGEMENT PERSON . NO GOOD SERVICE

😠 My visit was by far the worst experience I have ever received at a doctor’s office. The staff including the doctor has the worst customer service ever. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. If I could have given zero star that is what I would have done.

😠 Worst customer service there is. My God this bank is so frustrating. They need to get persons who care and who actually wants to do the work. They tell you one thing and their actions doesnt match.

🫤 The outage policy for credit is ridiculous. I was out of service for 2 whole day and because you don't want to give me a rebate you ensured that the issue is resolved before the 3rd day so that I will not get any credit.
