😐 荷物配達時間指定はほぼ守ってくれる優秀な運輸会社です。ただ、受付の方は嫌味なおばさんや、私のバックを見てネコのイラストがあるからと「にゃんにゃーん！」と言ってきた変わった女性がいるので正直荷物出しに行くのためらいます。普通に接客してくれる他のスタッフがいることを祈りながら来店してます(^_^;)

😠 いつも時間指定に届かんのはなぜ？ 30分も遅れて不在届入れられてて、そりゃ家に居るわけない。 時間指定の意味。 約束くらいは守ってほしい。 時間指定できるから、指定しているのに。 これじゃ意味がない。 一回ならまだ許せるが、これが複数回あるから、 かなり怒り溜まってます。

😠 It was a male staff who talked to young women who were not motivated and foreign customers. I felt like I was just doing business rather than work, and I didn't feel like thinking from the customer's point of view. It's a shame because the driver is always nice.
