But we just did not get a clear information when we called to see if we could go for a swimming, as it closes at 18:00
But however they let us stay until 18:30 but still charged a full ticket even though we got less than an hour, which we thought it’s just done...

😠 Bad experience, we were supposed to watch Georges Nehme. They robbed us, they took the minimum charge in advance and they refused to bring food. We left after 2 hours of back and fourth with these bullsheaters.

😠 The staff are not friendly. Water slides are not opened all the time they only open it it for 15min and close them when the water slides open you need balloons to slide but there are only 7 balloons which means that 7 people will enter and play
