My dad was a stroke patient and need to revisit the Dr Wong Yee Choon.
First of all, their appointment does not give any time slot, just say Morning.
My sister fetch my dad from Kulim to Penang to revisit the doctor. 7am go over.....

😠 In term treatment I would give 5 stars! I came 8.30am and doctor serve me at 1pm! The most hated part at "Cashier & Pharmacy"
It took 2 hours to make payment and get medicine ! Eventhough have 5 cashier counter but work progress SLOW! hope management could take necessary action to over come this!

😠 The building is astounding, doctors are professional, but too bad lots of nurse have bad attitude and rude to patient. They did me dirty with the behaviour.
You really should train your staff not to be rude to patients, considering the patients are already suffered with illness.
