👍👍 Everything is cool , hot water,cold water , Nepali food ,room service,staff

😠 Booked a room at this hostel, and when I arrived at night, they told me they didn't receive my booking, so I showed them my booking conformation, but they said they were full. I asked them if I could use thsir WiFi of phone to book another hostel, but they sent me away.
