👍👍 They were nice and understanding. I was there for Boom Festival and lost my key, also failed to cancel another reservation on time-but they didn’t charge me for either. Stay was comfortable, room was dark(with windows shut, perfect for sleeping in the day) and AC worked well. Highly recommended!
