During Eid the price was 775 SAR for a 2-rooms apt.

😐 الشقق ذات الغرفة والصالة على نوعين. إما صالة كبيرة وغرفة صغيرة أو العكس.
الشقق نظيفة وقريبة جدا من مجمع الراشد.
العيوب: عيبها دورات المياه فيها تهريب ماء متواصل بشكل خفي بحيث تبقى ارضيتها رطبة 24 ساعة (مناسبة لزراعة الارز فيها). للعلم سكنت شقتين مختلفتين وواجهت نفس المشكلة.
