😠 Ordered 2 LARGE thermarest mattresses online. We went on hike only to find out that one of the mattresses was in-fact small, and we have been sent the wrong product. The shop refused to exchange the wrong mattress they sent us. Wouldn’t trust them again to buy stuff from them.

😠 When purchasing a Swatch watch of which only the exhibition model remained, the saleswoman, a certain Mrs. Dul**r, never wanted to offer a discount. No cleaning of the watch despite this Covid time where everyone touches everything. Really a shame on the part of Manor and Swatch! Very disappointed !
