เริ่มจากคำพูดแรกที่พูดกับลูกค้า - กระทั่งแอร์เสียทีวีก็มีปัญหา คือทุกอย่างมีปัญหา จนต้องเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่ก็ยึกยักอยู่นานกว่าจะเปลี่ยนห้องให้ (ทั้งๆที่ห้องอื่นก็ว่างไม่มีลูกค้านะ) ผิดพลาดขนาดนี้ไม่มีแม้แต่คำขอโทษสักคำ !!
