A young girl who asks why are you in branch for is extremely rude especially to elderly. Closed my premier account due to her & I wish her the worst for the way she treated people today.

Fantastic mobile bank ( which is same Halifax and Bank of Scotland) You can compare Lloyds and Halifax as a sister and brother , Different building but same method and same operation or function ....

😠 Annoyed!! Ffs says open until 4:30 week days and this is recently updated by Google less than a week ago. Arrive today to open a 2 new accounts after doing all the prep online to save messing about in store! Only to find, after paying £3 to park it shut at 3pm . I am livid i get that things change...
