😠 Horrible experience! My wife went in to get takeaway coffees and asked if she could use the WC first. Man behind counter refused unless she paid extra. I arrived moments later and explained we were genuine customers wanting to buy coffee. Man’s response was “We’re not a public toilet”. I don’t know...
