😠 Bromley Council appear to be poor at operating this contract. No penalties for poor performance. Contract needs terminating and retendering. Don't always award to cheapest tender unless the council staff can manage them which they clearly cannot at present

😠 They charge extremely expensive for a low range gym and a couple of not accessible classes. Jacuzzi has been closed for couple years now, and swimming pool hasn't worked for few weeks too. They promised it would be open last Friday, turned up there with there being a construction site. Absolute wast...
