👍 Lovely woodland setting - made for an excellent place to let our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts explore. My only recommendation: camp lightweight! All of the campsites are a fair walk from the carpark and you'll have to carry it in and carry it out again. I'm sure we'll be back!

👍👍 I was one of the first scouts to camp here when it became a scout camp in the early sixties and I did so several more times over the years, it is a fantastic woodland site and is very peaceful. I wish I could turn back the clocks and go there to camp and relive those good times spent there.
