👍👍 Surprisingly great! It is located in an unassuming location next to the Essex boxing centre and there are some building works outside but the rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Great for a girls sleepover in Epping centre (only 5 mins drive away).

😠 The loudest night's sleep ever. Guests free to do what they want and no staff around to deal with any issues that guests may have. Complained to hotel but no reply. Very bad service.
