👍👍 It’s very consistent. Coach Ron is amazing and the conditioning is great. As far as pricing goes this is my first time boxing but I feel the price is fair. These coaches are giving their personal time to improve people’s conditioning and health and train them. Great gym.

👍👍 My favorite gym I have been to! They have so much equipment that I haven’t seen at other gyms, including strongman implements. If you need help getting back into shape I recommend working with Darleen! Thanks to her I was able to take second at my first ever competition!

👍👍 Nice little climbing gym, fairly small but fun to visit with interesting routes. They don't use the v-scale, but 5 elements that overlap with the v-scale. Good mix of technical and powerful climbs. Not much overhang and mostly slabs.
