👍👍 Very convenient location with many different shops and eateries. Parking is plentiful. Be careful crossing the park lots and street; some drivers do not feel they have to stop for people. Great location otherwise!

😠 There are tents and homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks and benches .
The stores and cafes are nice.
I would not recommend going here with kids and not very often due to the mentally unbalanced homeless here in the area.
