👍👍 Husband and I were just planning to rent the razors across the pedestrian bridge, but we couldn't resist the slides.
The view from up top (pics 2&4) was beautiful, and I loved the bridge. (Last 2 pics on bridge.)
The slides are obviously gonna have some wear from use, but they were clean and in perf...

Ruston Way Park
Park
👍👍 Absolute favorite spot in Tacoma! It’s a massive sidewalk stretch for walking & exercising.
It was hard to skate the whole stretch though, lots of cracks in the sidewalk. There is a smooth beautiful spot to skate over near the movie theater & shopping center though.

Duck Pond
Park
👍👍 This was a wonderful spot at Point Defiance. I've been to Point D many times but never walked around the duck pond area. There were so many turtles and ducks! It was precious and the area is highly maintained for them. Will be back.

👍👍 I always enjoy visiting this park. What's not too love. You've got history & beautiful scenery. There are benches to sit and take in the sound of the water and the nature around. There's even tables for a little picnic if desired. Go visit if you haven't. I will for 😊 sure.

👍👍 Trail was muddy in places. There are benches, directional signs, and a map at the trailhead. Great trail to get down to the water. Saw birds, rabbits, and deer.
